Study On Aging Of Flue-cured Tobacco Of Shandong Provence

The main chemical components and sense quality of tobacco leaf in original and 39 months aging process of Shandong main producing area (zhucheng city: K326,CN100; Juxian county: NC82, CN100; Pingyi county : NC82, NC89) were studied. The result show:1st, the change of tobacco leaf among 3 producing area are different, but the total tendency has not change greatly, and the difference reduce in aging time.2nd, the disparity of chemical components among each experimental variety (NC82, NC89, K326 and CN100) minish after redried and aging.3rd, the total sugar, return to original state sugar, starch, alkali, total nitrogen content reduce in aging, and they reduce quickly at beginning, steady in the end. The K2O content increase slightly, on the contrary, the content of CL almost have no change.4th, the fragrant makings, the fragrance quantity, the pleasant after-impression, the mixed gas improve at first, drop after reach top. The strengths, densities have no more change, no evidence rule. The flammability and the gray have slightly increased.5th, the sense quality of CN100 surpass K326 in Zhucheng city, select NC82 surpass CN100 in Juxian county, and NC89 surpass NC82 in Pingyi county.6th, the high-point of tobacco leaf of different producing area are vary in Jinan area, Top leaf (B2F)of CN100 of Zhucheng is 30 months, middle leaf (C3F) of K326 of Zhucheng is 25 months, Top leaf (B2F)of K326 of Zhucheng is 30 months, middle leaf (C3F) of K326 of Zhucheng is 30 months basically; Top leaf (B2F)of CN100 of Juxian county is 39 months, middle leaf (C3F) of Juxian county is 34 months also, Top leaf (B2F)of NC82 of Juxian county is 34 months, middle leaf (C3F) of of NC82 of Juxian county is 25 months too; Top leaf (B2F)of of Pingyi county is 34 months, middle leaf (C3F) of Pingyi county is 30 months in the main.
