The paper studied the genotype and environment on 6 breeding lines of linseed. The research was made in three parts. That is anther culture, tissue culture and region trial. The results were as follow:(1)In the research of the anther culture, the callus induction rate and regeneration was improved distinctly in the media with the high concentration of sucrose. The best treatment was cultivated 2d~7d. And highest callus induction rate occured in the breeding line SH-17(62.9%). The most of the breeding lines were sterilized with 0.01% HgCl2 for 2min is better. The breeding lines 93-II-5, Neiya No.7 and Neiyayou No.1 was suit for dipping in 6-BA(0.1mg/L) for 12h, while the breeding lines 92-S-5 and LH-88 was suit for dipping in NAA(0.1mg/L)for 12h. The regeneration of anther has more abnomality, some of them can form tissue, but others form abnormal leave like as stem. The regeneration of breeding lines 92-S-5, Neiyayou No.1 and SH-17 reached to 80%. After identification of chromosome number, deduced that the ploidy is very complex.(2)The callus induction rate of two explants were compared, the hypocotyls is better than cotyledons. Different genotype has different induction rate, the range from 38.3% to 72%. The breeding line 93-II-5 has the highest growth rate among the 6 breeding lines in the tissue culture by dark treatment. The breeding line 1 has the highest growth rate by the control treatmet. In tissue culture on linseed, we received regenerate plant in every breeding line, the regeneration rate was ranging from 6.02% to 48.6%. The breeding line Neiya No.7 has the highest regeneration rate. The request of environment is very strict when transplanting. We have not got the plant which can grow in the field.(3)The data of yield of 6 breeding lines by regional trial on linseed was analyzied. Variance breeding line in the year of the general average yield point is, Neiya No.7>Neiyayou No.1>LH-88>92-S-5≥93-II-5>SH-17. The breeding line Neiya No.7 has the highest yield in Hohhot in 2007(175.47kg/667m2).The biggest variance component of the interaction of breed×year×location (?2GYL=52.38). which indicated genotype and environment has tight relationship. The interactions of breed×year, breed×location on linseed was analyzed, found out that the breeding line Neiyayou No.1 had not reach the significant level (p>0.05), while 92-S-5 had reached the significant level(p<0.01). That indicated breeding line Neiyayou No.1 is stable and strong endurance. The interaction of breed×location of breeding line 92-S-5 had reached the Significant level(p<0.01).
