Xilinguole grassland is comparatively integrated protogenic grassland part that be conserved in Eurasia grassland region ,Asia east grassland sub region ,which possesses presently uttermost grassland and meadow ecosystem-type natural protection area in our country,it plays an important part in protecting grassland creature diversity and has obvious international impact.However,because of the excessive use of grassland and a variety of serious natural disasters frequently happened in recent years,conflict between grass and livestock increasingly sharp,ecological environment deteriorate rapidly,grassland degradation,desertification and salinization increasingly serious ,caused serious consequences to animal husbandry and ecological environment . Firstly,sustainable development of stockbreeding is seriously threatened;secondly,grassland ecological environment are deteriorating rapidly. Snowstorm,drought,storms,floods and other natural disaster happened frequently,rats and insect pests get worse,thirdly,it brought survival crisis to wild animals.In this paper,based on the research of the status of Xilinguole grassland degradation in recent years,using remote sensing interpret as a method,selecting Zhenglan Banner as a typical region to carry on the research and analysis of dynamic changes of grassland resources,and put forward ecological restoration and rehabilitation method separately for the degradation grasslands,desertification and salinization grassland,in order to find the scientific management and protection ways of rational development and utilization of grassland resources of xilinguole grassland ecosystems and enable it to play a normal ecological function,so that Xilinguole grassland can naturally transition to health stability of grassland ecosystems, promote Xilinguole's social,economic and environment develop harmoniously.The main research content and conclusions as follows:(1) 20th century,since the 80's,degradation,desertification,soil erosion of xilinguole grassland has become increasingly serious. Degradation and desertification may account for the use of pasture grassland area from 48.6% in 1984 expanded to 64% in 1996,the soil erosion area reached 172,300 km2,according to the data in 2006 that grassland degradation situation slowed down,but as a whole to consider, degradation,desertification,salinization area accounted for nearly 56%,grassland restoration and reconstruction work is still a long way to go.(2)Using of remote sensing technology to investigate can accurately distinguish the spatial distribution of grassland types,so that we can deeply understand the distribution regularity of grassland resources,and also analysis geographical environment of the formation of grassland types;Remote sensing technology has a macro,multi-temporal,multi-band and integrated features.Regular surveys of grassland resources and periodical collection of remote sensing data can find out the growth situation of grassland pasture,combined with ground survey data will be able to prediction grass production;using the technology can save manpower,material and time when performing large area of grassland resources survey, thereby reduce costs of grassland resources survey.(3) For the degradation grasslands,we can adopt ecological restoration and reconstruction methods such as grazing blocked by fencing ,shallow ploughing,and loose soil improvement,set up semi-artificial turf.(4)Salinization grassland ecosystem is a severely damaged type of grassland,natural recovery will take a very long time, to accelerate the resumption of the process, it is necessary to put in some man-made material, energy and technology, the most effective way is to establish artificial grassland.(5)desertification grassland is a kind of seriously damaged grassland ecosystems,it will take a long time to recover naturally,to accelerate the process,it is necessary to artificially invest material,energy and technology,the most effective way is to the establish artificial grassland.
