| This article introduces domestic and oversea research and development information of the vibratory screen,research of the material movement theories on the screen and the development of the parallel structure.By researching,find many problem such as:noise and concussion is very big,loss is high,cleanness and working efficiency is low,the broken materiel exceed the standard much.According to the traditional vibratory screen' defects,designed a three-dimension vibratory screen which is based on the parallel structure.It can drive the screen to translate on the X Y Z direction and to rotate around the Z axis,quicken the speed of the dispersing,enhance the screening efficiency.Fist,.This article raises the(3P-R//R//R-R(4R)) parallel structure as the vibratory screen's main structure.By analysing,obtain this mechanism is testified that it is reducible,its output mapped with its input.We analysed the dexterity degree,the velocity performance index and singular configuration of the mechanism and it shows that this mechanism had very good kinematic-transfer performance,the kinematic isotropy is very good and the dexterity degree and control precision can reach optimal degree.and then build the modle in the ADAMS,by analysing the interference between the structures.,provide the data for the last size of the three-dimesion vibratory screen.Then analyse the theory of material's moving way and screening probability in the vibratory screen and the moving state in the air current,get the mechanical working parameters 'influence trend and degree on the screening.Built the single granule moving model in ADAMS.Get the granule's running state and screening information on the different mechanical working parameters,by using this model.By analyzing the date of the simulation tests,obtain the best vibratory screen mechanical working parameters on the condition the best screening effect.In the end,from the collision,build the mathematic model of the material and screen,material and material so that we can analyse the screen's moving parameter influence on the material moving state.Build the material moving modle in the ADAMS,.do the testing research of the material's movement on the screen and analyse mechanical working parameter's influence on the material moving state on the screen.According to the research of this article,combining the theoretical and testing analysis in the ADAMS,provide with the theoretical and testing date for optimizing the craftwork parameter,moving controlling,screening experiment. |
