In order to study the effects of Ultraviolet-B raditions on the Dwarf Sword Bean's dwarfing characteristics, this experiment used two varieties of Dwarf Sword Beans as the material, the growth under the treat with exogenous hormone in different concentration and the cultivation of different conditions of horticulture facilities were studied, and had a preliminary understanding of Dwarf Sword Bean's dwarfing mechanism and the regulatory effect of UV-B on the dwarfing plant morphology. In further single factor experiment, UV-B radiation on seeding stage of Dwarf Sword Bean in different intensities, morphological index and physiological and biochemical indexof them were measured, Its including plant height, stalk diameter, leaf area, petiole length, plant fresh weight, water content, contents of chlorophyll, portein, prolire and MDA, and the activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and catalase. The difference analysis of protein of Dwarf Sword Bean's seeding hypocotyl which was treated by UV-B radiation in different intensities or time by SDS-PAGE. The results are as follows:1 The UV-B's weakening rate of polyethylene greenhouse, glasshouse and intelligent greenhouse is polyethylene greenhouse < glasshouse < intelligent greenhouse; The Dwarf Sword Bean had overgrowth which were cultivated at different horticulture facilities, the weakering of the UV-B radiation were negative and the degree of spindling. All of IAA treatment groups were not overgrowth, as compared with CK have no significant difference; But all of GA treatment groups were overgrowth, among them there were two treatments lead(60mg/L and 80mg/L) to produced twining habit.2 There was negative correlation between the radiation intensity and the plant height of Dwarf Sword Bean seeding to UV-B radiation treatment of different intensities. The moderate radiation intensity can control the overgrowth of Dwarf Sword Been but not cause damage,but the hight radiation intensity is a stress damage to Dwarf Sword Bean. As compared with CK, the hight radiation intensity UV-B treatment not only lead to plant height reduction, stem trucking growth, leaf smaller, FW and water contant reduction, leaf variations, but also the chlorophy and protein contents decreased, the Pro and MDAcontents increased, the protective enzyme activity first increased then decreased.3 Analysis the protein expression levels of Dwarf Sword Bean seeding's hypocotyl to UV-B radiation treatments of different intensities and time. As a result, there are many protein bands of Dwarf Sword Bean seeding's hypocotyl to UV-B radiation treatments of different intensities and time exhibits obvious differences.
