Study On Distributed Forest Resource Information Management System

With the rapid development and the wide range application of computer ,database , network etc in forestry. The forestry industry that constructs many application system provides important methods by implementing effective forest resource management from country to local and from manufacture management department to research organization . The county-level forest resource information management system is the base-data source of the whole forestry resource information .The accuracy and update in time of data influence not only the forestry production , operation and management but also the management effect of other levels , even the whole macroscopy decision-making of the forestry . But these county-level forest resource information management systems mostly are developed by themselves ,which have different database management system and database structure , result in application systems can't intercommunicate , interconnect ,or share data . They form many information solitary islands so that the information becomes ineffective , inconsistent and low-rate operating ,and can't realize to refer standard data from low level administration to superiors digital forestry platform so as to provide foundation for country important forestry strategic decision-making and analysis .It is very important problem in modern forestry application system that how to share the forest resource data of each county forestry bureau effectively and safely , and realize that every forestry department can deal with the data of their department independently ,and share information among different departments.This paper surveys and studies the current research of demostic and abroad condition of forest resource information management system and analyzes the feature and the cause of data multi-sources and different form in currently forest source information management system . To aim at the problem such as the building standard of forest resource information management system on each county forestry bureau storehouse isn't unify ,and the code isn't standard , and the source is hardly sharing with province forestry bureau ,country forestry bureau even other forestry bureau , it puts forward building the overall thought and solution plan of the distributed forest resource information management system , in order to solve the sharing problem of the forest source information management data to superiors or other forestry department . It takes the Changning county forest resource information table and Mengla county second tone small team data table as the foundation data , develops imitation system to testify the feasibility of solution plan of distributed forest resource information management system .The paper makes research from several aspects as follows :(1) To aim at the forest resource information management system distributing in physics currently existing in our country and the database have the feature of multi-source and different form , it puts forward building the overall thought and solution plan of the distributed forest resource information management system which solve the resource information data sharing between each county forestry bureau to province forestry department .(2) To analyze the feature of forestry departments managing the forest resource in the way of grading in our country ,aiming at the forest resource information management system which is developed by each areas themselves existing the problems such as the database management system they employed isn't unify , the structure of database isn't consistent , the data coding isn't standard , the resource is hardly sharing , it proposes data sharing model basing on the third class level of country forestry bureau ,province forestry office and county forestry bureau.(3) To direct at the data sharing model of the forest resource management department level , it purposes the forest resource data up-to-date model basing on data treating centre and analyzes building the key tech problem such as the data synchronous , coherence which is the distributed forest resource information management system needed to solve .(4) Take the Changning county forest sources information table and Mengla county second tone small team data table as the research target , it analyzes the overall character and personality problem existing in the forest resource information table of the two county . It sums up that in order to realize the forest sources information synchronous between province forestry office target data table and each county forestry bureau data table in the condition of different form ,it must build the mapping relationship between the target data table fields and origin data table fields .(5) On the base of comparing , analyzing the forest resource information data of Changning county and Mengla county comprehensively , to aim at the solution of distributed forest resource information management system , it carries out the designing of primary database and analyzes the effect and necessity of existing of each primary database table and field .(6) Making function designing of distributed forest resource information management system . On the base of comparing ,analyzing the C/S,B/S software developing model which is popular in current , to combine with the feature of each county forestry bureau and carry out sharing of forest resource information to province forestry office , it puts forward the software mixing developing model to combination of C/S,B/S in order to realize the development of distributed forest resource information management system .(7) Taking the Changning county forest resource information table and Mengla county second tone small team data table as the basement data , to build two levels imitation environment of sharing data from county forestry bureau to province forestry office and adopt the way of C/S to compile the data synchronous program of data treating centre ,and it realizes the data synchronous between target data table of province forestry office and the source data table of two counties forest resource .It adopts the way of B/S to develop the information sharing application program of province forestry office and realize the function of inquiry and display the forest sources data of each county forestry bureau . It also testifies the feasibility of the solution of distributed forest resource information management system .
