| This thesis's research object is Acer negundo L.'qingzhu',which adopt the way of potted plant, this thesis analysis the reaction characteristic of Acer negundo L.'qingzhu'by studying the physiological and biochemical characteristic's variety of Acer negundo L.'qingzhu'in the drought and the salt ,the main result as follows:1. Acer negundo L.'qingzhu''s membrane permeability enlarge and MDA content rises gradually by the increment of the PEG density and the extension of time, but the content increase slower; the activity of the protective enayme build up obviously ,SOD present "double Feng" curve, CAT and SOD to be in conjunction with each other, and present "N" variety trend, the POD declines after rise first along with the extension of time; Three kinds of the activity of the protective enayme change differently ,this indicates protective enayme is very important in protecting cell's stability and clearing hydroperoxyl radical;The Pro content increases not greatly and express the Pro is not mainly the Osmoregulatory material, and it can't be Acer negundo L.'qingzhu''s physiological resistance index; the content of Soluble Protein declines after present rise first, indicating Soluble Protein regulate a function after coerce ,and it is important in easing drought to the plant; The Chlorophyll content declines after rise first, but descend range is smaller, and the chlorophyll content is higher than opposite object totally ,indicating that drought influence the content of Acer negundo L.'qingzhu''s Chlorophyll smaller, the plant has certain Drought resistance.2. Acer negundo L.'qingzhu''s membrane permeability increase slower and MDA content rises gradually by the increment of the Nacl coerce density and the extension of time; Three kinds of the activity of the protective enayme declines after rise first along with the extension of time,but the trend is different ,which indicats Three kinds of the activity of the protective enayme are different in resisting the Nacl coerce,The Pro content increases smaller, it could not have a direct protection to the cell; Soluble Protein participates to Osmoregulation , the content declines after rise first, and Chlorophyll's content descend along with the increment of the coerce density and the extension of time ,the content variety is steady and descending range is smaller, which indicats that Acer negundo L.'qingzhu'has higher Salt resistance, the phytochrom'sensitive is lower to the salt coerce.3. Two kinds results indicate that Acer negundo L.'qingzhu'has stronger self protection system ,and it can resist bad environment's damage and have a certain resistance ability under the adverse circumstances coerce. |
