| The experiment was conducted to study the effect of Plus Yu ping feng Oral Solution on immunity enhancing of IBD vaccine in chichens. 300 one-day-old chickens were randomly divided into four groups,75 for each group,and the chickens of prevention group, treatment group were appended on Plus Yu ping feng Oral Solution from 10d,15d respectively , immunity control group ,the control group on water. ON 15d,25d the chickens of prevention group,treatment group,immunity control group were immunized IBD vaccine by dropping to eyes.On 14,28,42,56d, 10 chickens of each group were randomly taken to collect bursa, spleen to detect the indexes of immune organs, and serum antibody titres to IBDV, the total number of the blood leukocyte, the percentage of ANAE~+ were determined respectively with blood samples .The results showed that at 28,42-day-age , ERER, the total number of the blood leukocyte and the percentage of ANAE~+ in chickens in prevention group and treatment group,were signifantly higher than the immunity control group(P<0.05), ERIR significantly lower than the immunity control group(P<0.05). at 28,42,56-day-age , the indexes of bursa and spleen , serum antibody titres to IBDV in chickens in prevention group and treatment group were significantly higher than the immunity control group(P<0.05).The results indicated Plus Yu ping feng Oral Solution could improve level of cellular immunity,enhance humoral immunity and red cells immune function, promote growth of the immune organs. |
