| The principle of total mixed ration was integrated with silage technology and the wet processing technology was used to produce a new feed product for lamb by using potato pulp,crop straw and the concentrate feed. The product was packaged with silage bags which could be used repeatedly. The quality and the effect evaluation was carried on after six months stored. The experiment divides into two parts.Experiments I: The design and production of new feed product.Using linear programming(LP) to design feed formula;The ration of potato pulp was set 51.4 percent in the feed. Experiments II: The quality assessing of lamb feed product (LFP). The sensory quality,chemical quality and feeding effect were carried out on the product.The results showed that:(1) The DLG system which designed by German Association was used to evaluate the feed sensory. Among 3 groups of the TMR had no significant difference by colors, smells and structures, The Sensory quality of all feed reached the excellent standard.(2) For the Crude protein, the January group (LFP had stored 1 month, the same below) compared with the pre-fermentation, the CP contents have improved 10.48% (P<0.05); The March group (LFP had stored 3 months, the same below) and June group (LFP had stored 6 months, the same below) respectively 6.82% and 6.51% higher than group in January (P <0.05 ), and respectively 18.93% and 17.68% higher than former group who ferments (P <0.01), but the March and June group was not obvious differences between the groups (P> 0.05);The change of CF contents was the opposite to crude protein: The CF in March Group and June group there was no significant difference, respectively 10.49% and 11.03% lower than January group (P < 0.05), respectively19.71% and 20.10%lower than former group who ferments(P <0.01); January group have reduced 10.32% compared with former group who ferments (P <0.05);The EE and the metabolism energy (ME) have no obvious change (P> 0.05).CFU of the three groups showed significant downward trend, which the March group than in January group had reduced by 30.96% (P <0.01), and compared with the March group , the June group had a decrease of 52.10% (P <0.01). (3) Selection of Tibetan sheep and Borderdale×Qinghai semi-wool F1 as test animals to evaluate the effect of feeding.For the test group of Tibetan Sheep, to take 1.70 yuan in the feed will output 1.98 yuan in efficiency of weight gain, gained a daily profit of 0.28 yuan for each sheep. Since the collation group of Tibetan Sheep getting thin for gravely , so gained a daily profit of -0.41 yuan for each sheep. Amang the three experiment groups, each group were respectively profits 0.55 yuan, 0.66 yuan and 0.62 yuan for each sheep, The groupâ…¡and the groupâ…¢daily gain efficiency is better than groupâ… (P <0.05),and the groupâ…¡was the best.Comprehensive analysis, this new feed product can be stored for at least six months, the quality was excellent and the feeding effect was remarkable.The way which sealing feed by package bags was simple and practical .One new way was explored for enterprises using potato pulp with wet processing technology, and the practical and theory basis has provided for using of low-quality roughage. |
