The study was conducted to investigate different levels of manganese sulfate, ferrous sulfate on the growth performance of strain wild boar, physiological and biochemical indicators, carcass performance, meat quality and related enzyme activity,in addition, searched for the eligible amount diets of strain wild boar Manganese sulfate and ferrous sulfate. This study included the following two tests:Test 1:Fifty day old Strain Wild Boars with 50%consanguinity were selected in this experiment, uses a single-factor completely random group experimental design, divided into four groups randomly with five replicates per group and one pigs per replicate, valid Mn in foundation diet feeded in control group(0mg/kg),treatment group1(10mg/kg),treatment group2(30mg/kg), treatment group3(50mg/kg).It has studied different levels of manganese sulfate on the growth performance, carcass performance, meat quality and related enzyme activity of the strain wild boar. The results showed that: (1)Growth performance:Between Each group, there is no no significant effect on the average dayly intake(P>0.05);Compared to control group, the other treatments have significant effect on average daily gain(P<0.05)and the ratio of feed to gain. The treatment two(30 mg/kg)has the best effect on growth performance.(2)The apparent digestibility of nutrients:Between Each group, the effect of digestibility to dietary energy, crude fiber, fat and other nutrients were not significant(P>0.05);the digestibility of crude protein and other nutrients of treatment two(30 mg/kg)is the highest rate,significantly(P<0.05)increased than the treatment three and the control group.(3)Various physiological and biochemical indicators:The of MnSOD,T-SOD,GSH-PX activity of Treatment 2,3 was significantly(P<0.05)increased than the treatment 1.MDA was significantly(P<0.05)lower than the control group and treatment 1;treatment 2(30mg/kg manganese sulfate) has the highest activity of liver T-SOD,MnSOD,GSH-PX activity and the lowest concentration of MDA.(4)Blood manganese and excrement manganum:the content of blood manganese in the control group is significantly(P<0.05)lower than the treatment group. The difference between the treatment groups did not significantly(P>0.05).The content of excrement manganum of treatment 3(50mg/kg manganese sulfate) significantly higher(P<0.05)than other treatment groups.Treatment 3 has the highest content of blood manganese and excrement manganum.(5)Carcass performance and muscle quality:the slaughter rates, average backfat thickness, the carcass plagioclase, ocular area of each treatments are better than the control group. In this study, treatment 3(50mg/kg manganese sulfate)has the best effects on water holding capacity and muscle tenderness.Test2:Fifty-two day old Strain Wild Boars with 50%consanguinity were selected in this experiment, uses a single-factor completely random group experimental design, divided into four groups randomly with five replicates per group and one pigs per replicate, valid Fe in foundation diet feeded in control group(0mg/kg),treatment group1(80mg/kg),treatment group2(140mg/kg), treatment group3(200 mg/kg).It has studied different levels of ferrous sulfate on the growth performance, carcass performance, meat quality and related enzyme activity of the strain wild boar. The results showed that:(1)Growth performance:Between Each group, there is no no significant effect on the average dayly intake(P>0.05);and the average daily gain of each treatment significantly(P<0.05)higher than control group;treatment 1and2,the ratio of feed to gain significantly(P<0.05)lower than the control group and treatment 3. The treatment two(140 mg/kg ferrous sulfate)has the best effect on growth performance.(2)the physiological and biochemical indicators:the number of blood corpuscle, the content of hemoglobin, volume of packed red blood cells, the number of white corpuscle, serum CAT,POD activity and total iron binding capacity(TICB) activity significantly(P>0.05)higher than that of control Group,to add 140 mg/ kg of ferrous sulfate(Second treatment)the best results.(3)serum iron and feces iron:in the control group, serum iron was significantly(P <0.05)lower than treatment groups;treatment 1,serum iron content significantly (P<0.05)lower than the treatment groups 2,3.Treatment 3 stool excretion of iron significantly(P<0.05)higher than the control group and treatment 2;the treatment 2 added 150 mg/kg of ferrous sulfate has the lowest iron stool output and highest concentration of serum iron.(4)the iron content in organizations and muscles:in organizations and muscles, the order of the iron content is the spleen>liver>kidney>muscles;between the treatment groups, the iron content of ferrous sulfate increased with the addition iron residue gradually. The treatment 3(200 mg/kg ferrous sulfate)has the highest iron content in the internal organs.(5)carcass performance and muscle quality:compared with the control group, the slaughter rate, lean meat percentage, carcass plagioclase, eye plot area, backfat thickness of each treatments has no significant(P>0.05)difference.The treatment 3(200 mg/kg of ferrous sulfate)group of maximum water holding capacity, minimum muscle fiber diameter, best flesh score, intramuscular fat content of the highest, most tender muscle was high.
