| Stripe rust,caused by Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici, is one of the most serious diseases of wheat in the worldwide,and planting resistant cultivars is the most effective and economical methods to control this disease.But one cultivar"loses"its resistance in several years because of resistant gene single and overcomed easyly by pathogen. High-temperature resistance expressed by wheat cultivars under relative high temperature is a durable, non-race specific resistance. Xiaoyan6 is an elite wheat cultivar to stripe rust, developed by using exogenous genes from Elytrigia elongate at the end of 70's last centuru,Lankao5 is an important cultivar came from Henan province.Two cultivar with high-temperature resistance and excellent agricultural character are useful.Xiaoyan6 and Lankao5 were studied in this research,the results as follow:(1)Resistance evaluation under normal/high temperature showed that Xiaoyan6 resistance to CYR29-mut3 conferred by high-temperature gene.Resistance evaluation using CY29-mut3 at seeding/adult stage under high-temperature showed that maybe Xiaoyan6 had adult-stage resistant gene.(2)Genetic analysis showed that resistance of Xiaoyan6 to CYR29-mut3 conferred by one dominant gene and one recessive gene.(3)Resistance gene Yrxyh was located on chromosome 3BL .The genetic distance between gene to marker is 9.5cM.( 4) Resistance evaluation using CYR32-1 under normal/high temperature showed that Lankao5 was high-temperature cultivar,and have effective resistance in filed . Resistance evaluation using 6 race of PST under normal- temperature,the result showed that Lankao5 expressed resistance to all race.(5)Genetic analysis under normal- temperature showed that resistance of Lankao5 to SU4,CYR31,CYR32 conferred by two dominant genes, resistance of Lankao5 to SU11 conferred by one dominant gene , resistance of Lankao5 to CYR30 conferred by one dominant gene and one recessive gene and to CYR29 conferred by two recessive genes. |
