In the wheat/maize/soybean Relay-cropping pattern,the effects of different plant density and field distribution on the changes of morphological and physiological characters,yield and quality of different Relay-cropping soybean were studied,The principal results were as follows:1.The effect of different density treatments on the plant height,node number, branch number is significatantly,the plant height with increase of the density.the stem diameter and the branch number is both decreased with increase of the density.and in the different field distribution the plant height is increased with decrease of the row spacing.the stem diameter and the branch number is both decreased with increase of the row spacing.2.In different density and field distribution conditions,the spad value is changed uniformly and showed the single peak in the whole growing stages.in the full grain stages,the spad value is decrease with the increase of density,and the LAI and LAD value is increase with the increase of density.in the different field distribution conditions,both of the LAI and LAD value in B2 is highest among the treatments.3.In different density conditions,with the growing stages developed,the Soluble suger content both in the leaf and stem are with "M"-shaped curve changes,and arrive it's peak value in R5 stage,nitrogen content in the leaf is decrease with the increase of density.and in the different field distribution conditions,the Soluble suger content in the leaf is with single peak curve changes.4.In different density and field distribution conditions,the change of the leaf and stem dry matter is showed as single peak curve,and both arrived the peak value at R6 stage,the dry matter is decreased with the the the increase of density..in the different field distribution conditions,the leaf and stem dry matter is decreased with the decrease of row spacing.the pod dry matter is changed with Index Variations.and is decreased with the increase of density.but in the different distribution conditions,the pod dry matter is decreased with the decrease of the row spacing.5.In the different density treatment conditions,at the growing stage V3,the DR of the leaf is increase with the increase of density,the peak value of the DR of the stem is arrivaled at R5 stage.and in the different field distribution treatment conditions the DR of the leaf is increase with the decrease of row spacing.The DR of stem dry matter is showed as single peak curve.With the photosynthetic production and dry matter accumulation transport from leaf and stem to the pod,the pod dry matter continuous increase.in the different density treatment conditions,the value of the OR and DR in the leaf is higher than the value in the stem.and the OR and DR both decrease with the increase of the density,but in the different field distribution treatment conditions,the value of the OR and DR in the leaf and stem displayed rule of that B2>B1>B3.6.The effects of different density and field distribution treatments on the changes of nutritive ingredients content in pods of soybean in Yaan and Shehong sites were studied;the results showed that the main effective factor was the soybean density.The crude protein content of soybean increased and the crude fattiness content of soybean decreased by the density increase except A1 treatment.The different soybean density had significant deviation;In the different field distribution treatment conditions,The crude protein content and the crude fattiness content of soybean had no significant deviation.7.In the Yaan and Shehong different ecological regions,the result show that:In different density and field distribution conditions,The effective pods per plant and the effective seeds per pod both decreased by the density increase,and the weight of 100-seeds is no significant with the density increase.this experiment showed that the Appropriate groups density and field configuration the can lead to high-yield whichhave the best of structure effective pods and effective seedsin different density treatmen conditions,the yield is increase with the density rise firstly and when the yield rise the threshold value,the yield become decrease.and in the different filde distribution conditions the yield decrease with decrease of the row spacing.In the ecological regions of Yaan,the plant density should be in low-density,and in the Shehong ecological regions,the plant density should be more higher than Yaan.in the different field distribution treatment conditions,the result showed that the higher row spacing can lead to higher yield.
