This paper is studied the impact on different fertilization and tillage patterns of soil respiration to quantitatively analyze and compare the carbon cycle changes in maize ecosystem under different fertilizations and tillage patterns. Studied the effect on the amounts of soil microbial, soil nutrient and crop yield under the different fertilizations and tillage patterns. Discuss the soil carbon cycle optimization control channels of agro-ecosystem.The main conclusions are as follows:1,Soil respiration rate is significantly correlate to the soil surface temperature and different layers of soil temperature. And the correlation coefficient with the soil surface temperature is 0.9144 , with the 5cm depth of soil temperature is 0.8915; The changing trend of maize field soil respiration under the different fertilization is basically keep in consistent with the changing trend of the average soil temperature. Soil respiration rate is positively related to the average soil temperature; The correlation coefficient between atmospheric temperature and soil respiration rate is 0.88; The relationship between soil respiration and soil moisture is weak, showed no obvious regularity.2,Different fertilization in ridge maize field soil respiration rate by the maize growth period trend is: the soil respiration rate of the control, organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer is first increase after decline, but the treatment of organic-chemical fertilizer showed a fluctuation downward trend. There are two"peak"in no-till maize field soil respiration rate under the different fertilization treatment of big trumpet period and filling stage, their size are: OF> OCF> CF> CK, and the organic fertilizer and organic-chemical fertilizer is significantly higher than that of chemical fertilizer and the control(p<0.01), chemical fertilizer is significantly higher than the contro(lp<0.01); No-till maize field by organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer has been significantly increased the soil respiration rate, especially under the condition of organic-chemical fertilizer performed even more evident.3,In the ridge and no-till maize field, there has a close relationship between soil respiration rate and the content of soil available nitrogen, soil available phosphorus, the amounts of soil bacterium. The relationship between soil available K is relatively small. In particular, under the condition of organic and organic-chemical fertilizer, not only increase the available soil nutrient and the amounts of soil bacterium but also significantly increase the soil respiration rate. 4,In addition to single application of chemical fertilizer, the soil respiration rate has a positive relationship between the harvest period of maize biomass and grain yields (p<0.01或p<0.05). Ridge maize field's soil respiration rate is because of their different fertilization, with the maize dry biomass and grain yields have a similar trend. Ridge pattern's chemical fertilizer of maize dry biomass and grain yields are lower than no-till pattern, and its reduction rate is significantly higher than other fertilization treatment. It indicate that no-till pattern is more favorable to efficiently use of available chemical fertilizer.
