Cannabis sativa L is a year of herbage belongs to Maraceae,English name is hemp,Latin name is Cannabis sativa I,every space can plant,It's nutlet can lubricate intestines and defaecate.Female flower and leaves can relieve a coug h and breathe heavily,release from hyperkinesia.Cannabis sativa L fibre can bac teriostatic Staphylococcus aureus,e.coliform,p.aeruginosa and Candida albicans. The cannabis crops grow without any chemical substance and resist a kinds of i nsect pest,Cannabis sativa L is typically protect environment plant,moreover it is a sort of crude bacteriostatic medicament,Firstly,In the thesis,the bacteriostatic action of cannabis' April leaves and April stems ethanol extraction were studied,The result indicates DML4 and DM S4 bacteriostatic actions to Staphylococcus aureus,E.coliform,P.aeruginosa and Ca ndida albicans,bacteriostatic action is evidence.Secondly,The bacteriostatic action of different grow period cannabis' leaves and stems different polar extraction were systemly studied,The result indicates same content DMS9 bacteriostatic action is evidence,and DML4 bacteriostatic action is faint.Thirdly,The September cannabis pharmic component were extracted by alco hol,then using petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol respective carry to e xtract.research different extraction bacteriostatic actions to Staphylococcus aureus, E.coliform,P.aeruginosa and Candida albicans,The result indicates leaves and s terns petroleum ether extraction bacteriostatic action is evidence.Fourthly,The September cannabis leaves and stems petroleum ether extracti on will be carried chemical compenent to separate,the structure of were elucida ted on the basis of spectral evidence,including UV,IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR, DEPT and chemical methods.Eight compounds were isolated from the September cannabis leaves petroleu m ether extraction by using macroporous adsorption resin,column chromatograp hy and preparative TLC.Six of compounds' structures elucidated on the basis of spectral evidence and chemical methods.They are tetracosane(Ⅰ).myristic acid (Ⅱ).β-sitosterol(Ⅲ).stigmasterol-3-O-glucopyranoside(Ⅳ).oleanane(Ⅴ).oleanolic acid(Ⅵ).CompoundsⅠ~Ⅵwere isolated from this plant for the first time.Nine compounds were isolated from the September cannabis stems petroleum ether extraction by using macroporous adsorption resin,column chromatography and preparative TLC.Sevene of compounds' structures elucidated on the basis o f spectral evidence and chemical methods.They are tetracosane(Ⅰ),myristic aci d(Ⅱ),stearic acid(Ⅲ),4-hydroxyphenethyl icosanoate(Ⅳ),β-sitosterol(Ⅴ),o leanolic acid(Ⅵ),Ursolieaeid(Ⅶ).four compounds were isolated from the Septe mber cannabis stems ethyl acetate extraction by using macroporous adsorption re sin,column chromatography and preparative TLC.Three of compounds' structures elucidated on the basis of spectral evidence and chemical methods.They are Ile xolic acid(Ⅷ).luteolin(Ⅸ).quercetin(Ⅹ).Most of the compounds were obtain ed for the first time from Cannabis sativa LFifthly,The bacteriostatic action of chemical compenents were systemly st udied,The result indicates oleanolic alkene and oleanolic acid bacteriostatic actio ns are evidence.In the thesis,The bacteriostatic action of cannabis' leaves and stems differe nt polar extraction were studied and track cannabis' leaves and stems bacteriosta tic chemical component,separate bacteriostatic chemical component,and selectly oleanolic alkene and oleanolic acid whose bacteriostatic actions are evidence.
