Effects Of New Chinese And Western Medicine Compound Emulsion On Clinical Pharmacodynamics And Immunoligic Function For Dairy Cow With Endometritis

In China, there were many reports of clinical pharmacology on traditional chinese medicine for darily cows with endometritis, but less of immunologic function. This study main resolved above-mentioned problems. According to the clinical pharmacology, some traditional chinese medicines and western medicine were selected and made into chinese and western Medicine Compound Emulsion. In a dairy farm, healthy dairy cows and dairy cows with endometritis were selected as experimental animals, then blood samples from external jugular vein were collected at the 0,3th,5th,7th,9th day. Routine blood indexes, T lymphocytes transformation rate, T-lymphocyte E-rosette, neutrophil phagocytosis, interleukin chemotactic function, erythrocyte immunity, serum IgG, IgA and complement C3 concentration, serum NO content, NOS activity, serum SA content, SOD activity and serum MDA content were surveyed by clinical pharmacodynamics test and immunologic function test.The results showed that the cure rate and the effective rate of new Chinese and Western medicine compound emulsion for dairy cows with endometritis were 83.33% and 95.85%, respectively. All routine blood indexes restored to normal levels, meanwhile, the compound emulsion could obviously improve T lymphocytes transformation rate, T-lymphocyte E-rosette, neutrophil phagocytosis, erythrocyte immunity, contents of IgG, IgA in serum and SOD activity, decrease remarkably interleukin chemotactic function, complement C3 concentration, NOS activity and contents of NO, SA and MDA. It also could enhanced the antioxidation ablility and decreased the peroxidation degree of the lipid.It was concluded that the new Chinese and Western medicine compound emulsion could improve immunity of dariy cows. The compound emulsion had an obvious effect for dairy cow with endometritis.
