Melia azedarach L.Arisaema heterophyllum Blume Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr.Stellera chamaejasme L.the Oviposition Deterrent pecent is 98.65%.97.77%.96.32%.87.65%. 81.99%.76.18%.74.16%.57.13%.45.36%.2.Aconitumkusnezoffii.Melia azedarach L.and Azadirachtin has the higher toxicity effect against the larvae of Hyphantria cunea Drury.After two days,3 varieties of plant extracts shows the higher terminal,three kinds of distilling the terminal percent is 93.02%.96.51%and 93.02%.3.Aconitumkusnezoffii Reichb.extracted with acetidin has the higher toxicity effect also.The Antifeeding and Inhibition of growth of Aconitumkusnezoffii Reichb with ethanol was higher than extracted with acetidin against larvea of Hyphantria cunea Drury Treatment for 24h.48h and 72h the ethanol and acetidin median antifeeding concentrations is 0.55mg/mL.0.40mg/mL.0.32mg/mL and0.68mg/mL0.59mg/mL.0.49mg/mL;In antifeeding,Aconitumkusnezoffii Reichb. extracted with ethanol 5.00 mg/mL concentrations the larvae growth inhibition ratio isl 100%,but the acetidin is 83.55%.Treatment for 24h.48h.72h the two extracting the median toxicity concentrations is 1.436mg/mL.1.059mg/ mL.0.623mg/ mL.and 12.56mg/mL.2.06mg/mL.1.08mg/mL,so extracted with acetidin toxicity was better than extracted ethanol.4.The ethanol and acetidin extracts from Melia azedarach to the toxicity of extracted with acetidin excect was better than ethanol Hyphantria cunea Drury has the higher toxicy.Results indicated that the extracts from Melia azedarach with ethanol and acetidin have antifeeding.inhibition of growth and toxic,the ovicidal activity was closely related to the concentration.Antifeeding and inhibition of growth of ethanol ether extracts was better than acetidin ether extracts,but toxic effect opposition.Treatment for 24h.48h and 72h the median antifeeding concentrations of ethanol and acetidin extracts is 1.10mg/ mL. 0.87mg/mL.0.62mg/mL and 1.88mg/mL.1.29mg/mL.1.04mg/mL;Treatment for 24h,5.00mg/mL concentrations of ethanol extracts the larvae growth inhibition ratio is 100%,acetidin extracts growth inhibition ratio is only 83.55%.Treatment for 24h.48h. 72h the two extracting the median toxicity concentrations is 5.82mg/mL.1.99mg/mL. 1.29mg/mLand 11.51mg/mL.4.35mg/mL.2.17mg/mL,so extracted with acetidin toxicity was better than extracted ethanol.5.Azadirachtin has the higher toxic to Hyphantria cunea Drury.Treatment for 24h. 48h.72h the the median antifeeding concentrations was 1.6×10-3mg/mL.1.12×10-3 mg/mL and 1.03×10-3mg/mL.For treatment 3 days 8.0×10-3mg/mLand 4.0×10-3mg/mL the inhibition rates was all 100%.The toxic effect to Hyphantria cunea Drury by steep for 72h 8.00×10-3mg/mL.4.00×10-3mg/mL.2.00×10-3mg/mL and 1.00×10-3mg/mL terminal was 100%.92.22%.85.56%and78.89%. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Radix aconiti kusnezcffii, Hyphantria cunea Drury, Antifeeding, Inhibition of growth, toxicity | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
