A comparative research of anatomy of Parthenodssus thomsonili, Parthenodssus hetewphy, and Parthenodssus tricuspidata's leaves indicates the results as follows: (a) The leaves of the three species are typical, the epidermal cells are monolayer with close arrangement, and the cuticles are thick with the wax. The mesophyll has obvious palisade tissue and spongy tissue and that the palisades are double layers arranged closely. All mesophyll includes crystal and only lower epidermis has the stoma. (b) The epidermal appurtenances to three kinds of Parthenodssus tricuspidata, the loose degree of spongy tissue and the characteristics of leaves have varietals diversity.(c) The research on ecologic adaptation of the leaves and sterile stem leaves is of great significance. At the same time, Anatomical structure of wall adhesion of three species Parthenodssus Tricuspidata Planch was observed in detail by using light microscopy, and the results of which indicate that: (a) The reasonable data about the species of the position of the wall adhesion swell, the absorbing way of tendril length and stipule might be provided for the systematic classification of Parthenodssus Tricuspidata Planch; (b) Wall adhesion of three species Parthenodssus Tricuspidata Planch is composed of epidermis, cortex, and vascular cylinder, and the tangential wall of epidermis cells become ticker and epidermis have cuticle; (c) The swelling wall adhesion is not because of the epidermis cells expanding but because of the vascular cylinders expanding. (d) The cortex cells unabsorbed by wall adhesion have crystals; (e) The vascular structure of wall adhesion becomes bundles structure, and the cambium has short times; (f) The absorbing structure of wall adhesion of three species Parthenodssus Tricuspidata Planch become finger cells from epidermis cell reversal differentiate.
