It is the premise of breeding resistant rapeseed that studies onSclerotinia sclerotiorum pathogenic process. This paper mainly aimed atpathogenic role of the several major enzyme and its activity and the contentof oxalic acid on Sclerotinia sclerotiorum pathogenesis, the specifics of thefollowing do the work and made the results:(1) The use of Sclerotinia sclerotiorummycelia inoculated Vitro Anti-Rape(flu) disease varieties of leaf, stem, Flower and Radiology, Children'sHospital and cabbage leaf, stem, cellulose enzyme activity C1 highest, followedby Cx enzyme, glucosidase activity of the lowest; PE activity higher thanPG activity,With the extension of coverage, the general trend has remainedunchanged. As for the content of oxalic acid,Cabbage leaves is the highest, with the inoculation of Radiology, Children's Hospital stem the extensionof its content gradually increase, followed by the Wild Cabbage leaves,Anti-Rapeseed; With the extension of inoculated, susceptible to the flowers, leaves and stems in Rapeseed the content of their oxalic acid is not increasingvery clearly.(2) The use of Sclerotinia sclerotiorummycelia inoculated resistant rapeseedvarieties of rapeseed oil—xiang you 15 hao and susceptible varieties—98C40Living leaves, stems, flowers, the gap of length and width in susceptibleto the leaf and stem lesion is rapidly expand as the extension of observationtime; disease-resistant varieties of leaf and flower of the lesion of lengthand width has a certain gap as the observation time; susceptible to the leaflesion area is rapidly expand as the extension of observation time, anddisease-resistant varieties of leaf lesion only certain expansion;susceptible to the stem (Flower) lesion size has a certain extend as theextension of observation time, But resistant varieties of stem (Flower) thelesion area almost not expanding.
