Through investigation of etiological situation,pathogen separation and medicine sensitization test on subclinical mastitis in yucheng of yaan city, in order to provide scientific and available method for prevention and cure. The study was divide into two experiment.Experiment one,The investigation of subclinical mastitis.The samples from the environment of cowsheds and the milk of the catle infected by bovine subclinical mastitis were collected from several typical catle farms(Sichuan agriculture university cattle farm,shawan cattle farm, sanxing cattle farm and some village farms). We examined 436 nipples by CMT from110 dairy cows each seasons, totalled 1744 nipples in all,the experiment certified that head positive incidence of subclinic mastitis took up 58.64%,udder resgion positive incidence was 43.11%,The positive rate of subclinical mastitis is higher at the front left mammary gland(53.41%) than that of thefront right one(32.95%),the result was significant(P<0.05); The investigation esult showed:the second season mobidity rate is highest(89.09%); the result was significant(P<0.01)between the first month and the second month mobidity rate.the milk ingredient of subclinical mastitis showed: the positive milk fat,casein, lactose was lowest than negative one,the result was significant(P<0.05);but the milk protein,dry object,non-fat-immanence between the positive and negative milk was same(P>0.05).The incidence of subclinical mastitis in daily milk production above 20kg is highest than below 20kg, the result was significant(P<0.05).Through the Gentamycin, Ciprofloxacin and Norfloxacin treatment, the milk production was clearly go up. Through the four subclinical diagnostic methods contrctiving,the examine showed 4%NaOH was different with PH test paper, the result was signifIcant(P<0.05).Experiment two,The Pathogen separation and Medicine sensitization test on subclinical mastitis. The Pathogen separation showed 82 strains bacterium had been isolated from environment samples,including 32 strains gram-positive coccus,4 strains gram-positive bacillus,46 strains gram-negative bacillus;110 strains bacterium had been isolated from positive milk samples,including 34 strains staphylococcus aureus,2 strains staphylococcus epidermidis,5 strains staphylococcus saprophyticus,5 strains staphylococcus agalactiae,3 strains strcptococcus dysgalactiae,5 strains streptococcus uberis,4 strains strcptococcus faecalis, 21 strains escherichia coli, 4 strains klebsiella,2 strain bacillus pyocyaneus,3 strain proteus.In the 17 kinds of selected medicine,the positivemilk samples were sensitive for gentamycin,ofloxacin,Erythromycin, Clindamycin,Neomycin and orfloxacin,Ciprofloxacin and Tetracyline.the staphylococcus aureus was sensitive for Ciprofloxacin,the staphylococcus agalactiae was sensitive for Lincomycin,the escherichia coli was sensitive for gentamycin, The segmental Medicines were clinical experimented,the result shows:the treatment group cure rate were 85.71%, 100%, and 85.71%. the result was significant(P<0.01) between treatment group and control group(20%).
