| Paeonia lutea, a Chinese own species is the endangered plant receriving priorityprotection in China. For it's own yellow flowers, it is uncommon breeding material in Paeonia.During recent years, these were a few articles on Systematic Classification, Chromosome,Plalynology and Seed Physiology of Paeonia lutea. However, it wasn't systemic research. So,more researches are needs on Paeonia lutea.In this paper, it introduces the Habitat and Germination in lab of Paeonia lutea.Also,thedynamic changes of Nutrition and Engogenous Hormone content during germination ofPaeonia lutea seeds are introduced. It wants to find the best conditions for seeding and therules of Nutriments and Endogenous Hormones' content changes during germination ofPaeonia lutea seeds.The rults indicate:1. Seeds of Paeonia lutea can germinated and grew into plants between 10~25℃. So, it wassurmised that The epicotyl dormancy of Paeonia lutea seeds can be broken by atemperaturerange of 5~10℃. But, it need one year, and the percentage of seedling emergence was lessthan 20%.2. In lab, the constant temperatune was better. The seeds of Paeonia lutea germinated well in15℃.50℃-water,H2SO4,500ppmGA3 were good measures. More than 80% of seedscan germinated. 100ppm Ethephon+100ppmGA3 was the best measure for the seedlingemergence. The percentage of seedling emergence in 60d was 100%.3. The mostly Nutriments in Paeonia lutea seeds are the ether extract,starch and solublesugar. It accelerated the Nutriments to decompose by the 500ppm GA3. The 100ppm GA3+100ppm Ethephon was best measure for the seeding emergence.4. The germination of Paeonia lutea seeds is connection with the Endogenous HormonesABA,GA. 500ppm GA3 was good to germination; The 100ppm GA3+100ppm Ethephonwas good to the seeding emergence. |
