This research takes Camptotheca acuminate which is grade Two of national key protective plant and Taxus chinensis var.mairei which is Grade One of national protective plant two plants as objective species and manually collocates arbor and shrub and herbage compound communities, To study the content of objective active substance of artificial compound community and the effect of weather factors to the content of objective active substance of artificial compound community and the man-made measures that affect the content of taxol and Vinblastine.To study the life history of compound community and the economy benefit evaluatement of compound community and so on. Finally, to make the best culture measures of the compound community, to give. a planting pattern of medicine plant to the area such as ZheJiang province which has more slope field and mountanious region but less flat.This study results indicate that:1.The content of objective active substance of Camptotheca acuminata, Taxus walichiana var. mairei and Catharanthus roseus artificial compound community in the different planting methods and different terrain condition:the dynamic change law of the content of objective active substance of artificial compound community and solid area in one growing season is is obvious, the change tendency is consistent:the content of camptothecin has two lager peaks which are in May and August, the content of camptothecin in compound community is oberviouly higher than it in simple aera.The content oftaxol has three larger peak which are in May,July and November,the content of taxol in May and November is obervously higher in compound community than it in simple area,the difference in July is little.The content of Vinblastine in all is larger in October, but the content of Vinblastinein of compound community is obervous higher than it in simple area.These indicate that the compound community is favorable to the synthesis of objective active substance.2.In the study of the relation to the change of objective active substance contents in different season development and meteorological phenomena factor in Camptotheca acuminata, Taxus walichiana var. mairei, Rosmarinus officinalis L. artificial compound community, the camptothecin contents is positive correlation with soil moisture in flat artificial complex community. In the artificial complex community of slope fields, the contents of camptothecin is evidently positive correlation with the meteorological phenomena factor of high temperature and humidity, and negative correlation with soil moisture. In different geographical condition, the taxol contents is positive correlation with temperature, precipitation and net divergence and soil moisture, and negative correlation with moisture of atmosphere in flat artificial complex community. It declares that the high illumination and temperature and big precipitation can promote the taxol contents' accumulate, and in artificial compound community of slope fields, the contents oftaxol only positive correlation with high temperature. But in the 2 field the correlation is not notable. In different geographical condition, the vinblastine contents is positive correlation with temperature and precipitation, especially with high temperature, and is notable inverse proportion with high illumination in flat artificial complex community; and the accumulate of vinblastine contents is positive correlation with moisture of atmosphere merely, and negative correlation with soil moisture is notable.3.The effect of the shade of Camptotheca acuminate and shading net to the content of taxol:after linght stressed three weeks,the content of taxol of Taxus walichiana var. mairei in the shading of 89% has reached to larger value, which is 1.5 times of the comparision .This indicate that there are importent effect of the intension of light to the synthesis of taxol.The content of taxol in the shade of 89% and 46.4% of shading net in the simple area of Taxus walichiana var. mairei and the shade of 86.4% and 52.3% of Camptotheca acuminate in the compound communitiny in one season indicate that the about 50% shade of more favor to the synthesis of taxol.The effect of light quality to the the content of Vinblastine is obervous.Operated with red,yellow,blue and green films and white film in 60d and 90d,there is only the operation of white in 60d that promote the increase of the content of Vinblastine,the content of vinblastine of all the other operation is lower than the comparision.4.The study of the life history of Camptotheca acuminata, Taxus walichiana var. mairei and Catharanthus roseus compound community and simple area in flat and sloping field, the result indicates that:In flat, The life history of Camptotheca acuminate of the compound community and simple area separately are V0.89600S0C0.1040 which belongs to V life history and V(0.8517S0C0.1483which belongs to V life history; The life history of Taxus walichiana vat. mairei of the compound community and simple area separately are V0.7521S0C0.2479 which belongs to V life history and V0.8890S0C0.1110 which belongs to V life history; The life history of Catharanthus roseus of the compound community and simple area separately are V0.7249S0.2064C0.0687 which belongs to VS life history and V0.7865S0.1623C0.0512 which belongs to VS life history.In sloping field,The life history of Camptotheca acuminate of the compound community and simple area separately are V0.8278S0C0.1722 which belongs to V life history and V0.8965S0C0.1035 which belongs to V life history; The life history of Taxus walichiana var. mairei of the compound community and simple area separately are V0.6865S0C03135 which belongs to VC life history and V0.8883S0C0.1117 which belongs to V life history; The life history of Catharanthus roseus of the compound community and simple area separately are V0.6376S0.2875C0.0749 which belongs to VS life history and V0.5961S0.3374C0.0665 which belongs to VS life history.There is wonderful corresponding relation between the content of objective active substance and the life history of Camptotheca acuminata, Taxus walichiana var. mairei and Catharanthus roseus: the content of taxol of Taxus walichiana var. mairei which'life history belongs to V is lower than the content of taxol of Taxus walichiana var. mairei which'life history belongs to VC.That is same to Camptotheca acuminate and Catharanthus roseus.In the period of the content of objective active substance increasing, throughing some artificial measures to change the growing state and change the life history in order to promote the synthesis and cumulate of objective active substance.5.On the evaluation of economic benefit: The economic benefit per unit area of Camptotheca acuminata, Taxus chinensis, Catharanthus roseus in sole planting was 14%, 57% and 49% of that in artificial community in flat lands, respectively. In slope lands, the economic benefit of the three plants in sole planting was 18%, 50% and 61% of that in artificial community, respectively, The benefit per mu wasï¿¥13640 of artificial community of Camptotheca acuminata, Taxus chinensis, Catharanthus roseus in flat lands, and it wasï¿¥16960 in slope lands. The benefit of slope artificial community was obviously higher than that of flat artificial community. Artificial community possesses a broad developing prospect in Zhejiang province and other areas with abundance slope lands.
