Camptotheca acuminata Decne is especially tree in China, and that is an important industrial raw material for extreact camptothecin, which is a famous anti- tumor medicine. Currently up, greatly part of research concentrated on its medicine value, other utilization was neglected. Actually C. acuminata was an important wood material in the south area of Changjiang River. This item adopted asexuality breeding and transgenic engeener method to filtrate and improve the quality ofC. acutninata, and obtained HISUN-1 and HISUN-2 with growing fast and high production character. This paper checked the differentl, uniformly and stability characteristic of the two new C. acurninata rarities in the field in Zhe-Jiang province, where the C. acuminata distmbited widely.Testing result as follows.HISUN-1 results showed as follow:This paper concerned the Camtohtecin (CPT) content and yield of branch, leaf and bark, and analyzed growing rate, photosynthesis feature and the crown shape of HISUN-1, discussed the developmental mechanism of high production and growing fast. Result showed that: HISUN-1 is of high production, growing fast and stable appearance feature, and it is a good new varity for leaf picking use. The yield of CPT of HISUN-1 was high, that was average 6.8 times of common plant.thus the CPT content showd nonsignificant between the two, so the main reason for high production of HISUN-1 was their high biomass production.. The leaf and branch biomass of HISUN-1 average increased 269% and 150% respectively; the biggest month was 7.05 times of common plant. So HISUN-1 mined growing fast feature. HISUN-1 Photo response capability different in season.but mined nonsignificant difference each month. And there is no difference of the maximun photosynthesis velocity and compensation point between HISUN-1 and common. So the main reason of high biomass and growing fast was the crown shape and the large leaf area...HISUN-2 results showed as follow:This paper concerned the growth rate, photosynthesis feature and wood chemical compositions and analyzed Camtohtecin (CPT) content and yield developmental mechanism of HISUN-2, Result showed that: HISUN-2 is of high production, growing fast and good quality pulpwood feature, it is a good new varity for medicine and pulpwood use The yield of CPT of HISUN-2 was high, that wasaverage increased 40.22% of control. Thus the CPT content showd nonsignificant between the two in different season. So the main reason for high production of HISUN-2 was their high biomass production. The leaf and branch biomass of HISUN-2 average increased 324% and 97% respectively; So HISUN-2 turned growing fast feature. Wood chemical compositions of HISUN-2showed, C. acuminata was a good quality pulpwood, and the UGP, although not increasing theellulose properties obviously, improved the growth rate and total biomass significantly, and increased the cellulose yield indirectly. So HISUN-2 was a new varity pulpwood to develop.
