| This article presented the adaptability of the Magnolia obovata,Cotinus coggygria,Thuja occidentalis,Prunus Sargenti,Aesculus chinensis Bunge which introduced in Shenyang. The paper mainly relatively studied two ways: growth and ecology identities in natural condition, and, physiological and biochemical changes in man-made low temperature grads.The result of observation including tree's high, chest diameter, crown breadth, ground diameter in unfold leaf period, developed period, developed evening period, defoliated period, the result showed that the temperature of early spring in Shenyang can satisfy this five trees'normal growth.Paraffin section manifests the SR% of Magnolia obovata,Cotinus coggygria,Thuja occidentalis,Prunus Sargenti,Aesculus chinensis Bunge is 45.7,41.12,40.42,40.42,38.13 and 38.7, differently C T R% is 0.90,0.99,1.09,0.97,1.19 and 1.13. SR% of Magnolia obovata is the highest, but its C T R% is the lowest, this date states the cold resistance of Magnolia obovata is poor in 5 species.The result which research for 5 species the change of contents in low temperature's stress investigate the contents of 5 species continues changing follows degrade of temperature, only the tendency of sod's activity before upgrade then degression and then upgrade, the rest of index accompanying the degression of temperature continue degrade, this result illustrates that in the initial low temperature stage the 5 species have some defensive reaction, by the defensive reaction to decrease the speed and degree of detriment. By increasing the contents of SOD enzyme activity, MDAcontent, PROcontent, Membrane lipidpermeability,Vc content to elevate the density of enchylema, and raise ability of osmoregulation, then accommodate the circumstances. The result of analysis of variance indicated these 5 species have not significant deviation.The principal component analysis indicate, in stress condition six biochemical indicator react the locust have the highest synthetic cold resistance, the second is Cotinus coggygria, the Magnolia obovata is the poorest.60 stock 12 years Magnolia obovata and 32 stock Prunus Sargenti experimentize winter-proofing test in seed-plot, take the ways to set up windbreak,the stock to wrap grass,to sprinkle phylohormone,gymno-ground。the comeout presentation, to set up windbreak have the best effect to Magnolia obovata, the effect of the stock to wrap grass is better than windbreak to Prunus Sargenti. |
