This research take the Tenebrio molitor Linneeus as the object of study,the study concentrated on the differently processes of rearing condition,including temperature,feed water content,illumination,raising density,feed type and content of Chitin.The results were the base for its formalization reproduction and utilization in the future.The results were as followed:1 The influence of temperature on the average weight of Tenebrio molitor L's LarvaeIn order to research the influence of temperature on the average weight of it's Larvae,we had established five temperature treatment with 15℃to 35℃indoor.The result indicated that 25℃temperature treatment to the average weight of it's Larvae is more remarkable than other temperature treatments,and the average weight of 25℃is faster than 15℃,20℃,30℃,35℃treatment of 1.45 time,1.21 time,1.17 time and 1.64 times,we can conclude that Tenebrio molitor Us Larvae's body weight increase obviously and obtain the high output in the 25℃rearing environment.2 The influence of fodder contain different water percentage on the average weight of Tenebrio molitor L's LarvaeIn order to research the influence of fodder contain different water percentage on the average weight of it's Larvae,we had established five humidity treatment with 5% to 25%indoor.The result showed that 20%of the fodder water to the average weight of it's Larvae is most obvious,and the fodder water content is 20%treatment to the average body weight of it's larvae is faster than 5%,10%,15%,25%treatment of 1.48 time,1.39 time,1.16 time,1.36 time and 1.59 times,we can conclude that the humidity quite remarkable to the average weight of it's Larvae,the fodder water content is 20%is a humidity which the Tenebrio molitor L's larva is suitable.3 The influence of Rearing density on the average weight of Tenebrio molitor L's LarvaeIn order to research the influence of rearing density on the average weight of it's Larvae,we had established six rearing density treatment with 0.24 larvae/cm~2 to 1.41 larvae/cm~2 indoor.The result showed that 1.18 larvae/cm~2 of the rearing density to the average weight of it's Larvae is most obvious than other rearing density treatments, and the rearing density is 1.18 larvae/cm~2 treatment to the average body weight of it's larvae is faster than 0.24 larvae/cm~2,0.47 larvae/cm~2,0.71 larvae/cm~2,0.94 larvae/cm~2,1.41 larvae/cm~2 treatment of 5.60 time,2.85 time,1.97 time,1.33 time and 1.14 times,we can conclude that the most suitable rearing density for Tenebrio molitor L's larva growth is 1.18 larvae/cm~2.Rears in the summer may be lower than 1.18 larvae/cm~2 to carry on rearing slightly;May be higher than 1.18 larva/cm~2 in the winter to carry on rearing slightly.4 The influence of illumination on the average weight of Tenebrio molitor L's LarvaeIn order to research the influence of illumination on the average weight of it's Larvae,we had established three rearing illumination with outdoor natural illumination,the room in the natural illumination and the room gloomy.The result showed that the room gloomily to the average weight of it's larva is most remarkable, the average body weight of it's larva respectively is in outdoor natural illumination and the room natural illumination 1.92 time and 1.33 times,we can conclude that the Tenebrio molitor L's larva growth tends to darkness or the light dark environment.5 The influence of different fodders on the average weight of Tenebrio molitor L's LarvaeIn conventional fodder treatment groups and so on the wheat bran,Corn flour, soy flour,compares other processing difference by the wheat bran and the Corn flour mix feed to the Tenebrio molitor L's larva body weight growth to be remarkable.The Corn flour and the wheat bran treatment group to the average body weight of it's larva are faster than the pure wheat bran,the pure Corn flour,the pure soy flour,the soy flour and the wheat bran,the Corn flour and soy flour of 1.16 time,1.33 time,1.86 time,1.57 time and 1.42 times,we can conclude that in the conventional fodder,the wheat bran and the Corn flour mix rearing it's larva can obtain good effect.In four compound fodder treatments,compares other three group of compound fodder difference by compound fodder A to the average body weight of Tenebrio molitor L's larvae to be remarkable,the compound fodder A treatment group to the average body weight of it's larva is compound fodder B,compound fodder C and compound fodder D treatment group's 1.30 time,1.44 time and 1.64 times.So the compound fodder A rearing it's larva surpass other three groups of compound fodders, suffices to provide most suits the nutrition ingredient which the Tenebrio molitor L's larvae growth needs.The achyranthes bidentata mix fodder rearing Tenebrio molitor L's larvae can accelerate it's larvae ecdysis and the pupation,affects the larvae body weight the increase.Includes the achyranthes bidentata different content mix fodder to process to the larvae hastens the food behavior,food consumption,increases weight and the nutrition conversion rate,is smaller than the control group,So the achyranthes bidentata can effect the normal growth of Tenebrio molitor L's larvae. 6 Studies on different fodders to the nutrition domino offect of Tenebrio molitor L.'s larvaIn conventional feed processing and so on wheat bran,Corn flour,soy flour,the nutrition conversion rate is the wheat bran and the Corn flour>the wheat bran>the Corn flour and the soy flour>the soy flour and the wheat bran>the Corn flour>the soy flour,the feed use factor size is the wheat bran and the soy flour>the Corn flour and the soy flour>the Corn flour>the wheat bran>the wheat bran and the Corn flour>the soy flour.In the compound feed,the nutrition conversion rate,the fodder use factor all is compound fodder A>compound fodder B>compound fodder C>compound fodder D.we can conclude that best in the conventional feed by the wheat bran and the Corn flour 1 mix fodder to it's larva nutrition effect;Is best in the compound feed by compound feed A to it's larva nutrition effect.7 Studies extraction on Genome DNA of Tenebrio molitor Linneeus and Tenebrio obscurus Fabricius's LarvaeIn the experiment the Tenebrio molitor L,Tenebrio obscurus Fabricius's Larvae genome DNA extraction output is high,the purity is also good,the DNA banding is clear.The Tenebrio molitor L,Tenebrio obscurus Fabricius Larvae's DNA banding has the difference,thus differentiates the two larvas in the molecular level.8 Studies on Chitin Content of Tenebrio molitor LinneeusFrom the Tenebrio molitor L's larva's body wall,the imago,the exuviate,the puparium sample which extraction the Chitin for the white transparent thin membrane solid product,the average chitin percentage of it's larva's body wall,imago,exuviate and puparium respectively are 13.77%,18.35%,11.26%and 4.36%.In the four samples,the average chitin percentage of the exuviate is highest,next is the puparium, and it's larva's body wall is lowest.
