| Notopterygium incisum is traditional Chinese herbs, and nowadays, leechdom was met by collecting natural resource almostly. With rapidly increasing demandas and the drive of economy interest, blindly picking from herdsmem had made wild N. incisum not only become extinct but entironment worsen as well. Therefore transplanting and domestication can bring significant economy value, society and ecology benefits, which will be helpful to meet market demands and make natural resources develop sustainbly. However the systemic study on N. incisum was scaersly, and the systemic reports about planting was blank. So on the base of fieldwork, the rhizome of N. incisum was studied both in the laboratory and in the fields. The contents included entironment of N. incisum, laws of grows and development, resource condition, and effect of fertilization on yield and quality of N. incisum. The results were as follows:1. The fieldwork showed that N. incisum grew at the area of high altitude(2400~3500m).The agrotype fell into inferior high mountain meadow soil and forest soil, where the contents of soil organic substance was about 1%~3%, soil took on minute acidity or neutral(pH6.5~7.0), and relative water content was beyond 30%. Its fitting temperature was 2~13℃and the illumination intensity value on assosiatied plant was 21000~28000lx,but the illumination intensity value on N. incisum was 1080~1320lx, which reached 3.9%6.3% of natural illumination. Seeds reproduction was the main approach of natural species renewal. But its reproduction rate was extreme low, only with 0.52% germination rate.2. the annual growth is very small(1.60g/strain·year)and the natural renewal rate is exrremly slow. The annual growth of N. incisum accorded with laws of natueal growth-the annual growth increasing as its age. The annual growth was related to its age. N. incisum was the plant that grew at cold and high attitude eaea. At present, As the entironment was rigor, the growth time was short, growth slow, growth cycle long and renewal rate was wery slow. As the market demand increases and excessively harvest, the resource of N. incisum having faced crisis and it belonged to gradually extinct species approached to extinct species.3. The process of ariel parts dry matter accumulation of N. incisum could be fell into three period the time from germination to the last ten-day of June, was the slowly accumulating period . At this period there were no obvious difference between fertilization treatment and CK. The time from the first ten-day of July to the middle ten-day of August, was the fast accumulating period, and at the middle ten-day of August, the ariel parts dry matter accumulation of N. incisum come to highest. At this period, the accumulation of fertilization treatment was higher than CK. The time from fast ten-day of September to the last ten-day of October, was the stable accumulating period of N. incisum. At all growth period, the ariel parts dry matter accumulation of N. incisum of treatment N2P0 was the highest.4. The process of root parts dry matter accumulation of N. incisum could be fell into three periods: the time from germination to the last ten-day of July, was the beginning accumulating period. The accumulation of fertilization treatment and CK was close. The time from the middle ten-day of July to the first ten-day of October, was the fast accumulating period, At this period, the accumulation of fertilization treatment was higher than CK. The time from fast ten-day of October to harvest, was the stable accumulating period of N. incisum. At this period the ccumulation of fertilization treatment was higher than CK, too.5. Rational application of fertilization could enhance the dry yield of N. incisum obviously. The yield of treatment N2P2 was highest (6790 kg/hm2), which increased 20.39% than CK. The yield of treatment N1P2 was second(6360 kg/hm2), which increased12.77% than CK. The multiple comparison result showed that the difference of the yield of every fertilization treatment and CK was significant. The result of variance anlysis showed that the differences between treatment of adding fertilizer of potassium were significant(p=0.03532<0.05), and the N x P were extremely significant(p=0.00040<0.01). The role of fertilization on dry yield of N. incisum was N×P>P>N.6. The extract contents of every treatment and CK come to the command of China Pharmacopoeia(15%),but N2P1. the extract contment of N1PO was highest(18.6%), which was 12.32% higher than CK. The treatment N2PO was second which contented extract 17.93%. Extract content of N2P1 was lowest(only13.48%), which was 18.60% lower than CK.7. At artificial planting condition, the essencial oil content had not reached the low limitation command of China Pharmacopoeia(0.028ml/g). The sequence of eccencial oil content was N2P1>N1P2>N0PO>N2P2>N1P1>N0P1>N0P2>N2P0>N1P0 .8. GC-MS exhibited 89 peaks and 80 compounds were indifited from the rhizome and root of N. incisum, accounting for 95.74%-99.32% of total essencial oil, in which most were terpenoids and its derivatives, and mainly contented dutrex cluster,enols,ketones and esters. The time of the peak of the highest essencial oil relative content was 21~22min, and as the treatment different ,the essencial oil content was different.The essencial oil of highest relative content in treatment N1P2 was 3-Bis- (2-cyclopropyl, 2-methylcyclopropyl)-but-2-en-1-one (32.6%),then was Cyclohexanol, 5-methyl-2- (1-methylethenyl)-[1R-(1.alpha.,.2beta.,5.alpha.)](19.98%). The essencial oil of highest relative content in treatment N0P1,N2P0,N0P2,N2P1 was Cyclohexanol, 5-methyl-2- (1-methylethenyl)-[1R-(1.alpha.,.2beta.,5.alpha.)],and the contengt was 25.92%,27.52%,41.08% and 46.36% . 1α, 4aα- 8aα- 1,2,4a, 5,6,8 a- hexahydro-4, 7-dimethyl-1- (1-methylethyl)- naphthalene was the essencial oil of hifhest content(28.21%)in treatment N0P0. The essencial oil of highest relative content in treatment N1P0 and N2P2 was globulol(34.96% and 34.45%), and in treatment N1P1 wasα-bisabolol(39.91%). |
