The standards of heat treatment for wood packaging by International Plant Protection Convention Organization is "the wood material center temperature reaches above 56℃and lasts at least 30mins ". From the currently study, it can fully effectively kill the fungi, insects and nematodes which carried by wood packaging.The key indicator of treatment is how to accurately determine the temperature of wood, but in practice, Determination of the timber center temperature needs higher technology, the enterprises' determination usually can not ensure the effect of pest treatment. Therefore, it has the vital significance to establish the standard, which made through accurate laboratory examination, as it only have to monitor the temperature and humidity of heat treatment facilities during the pest treatment, thus made the heat treatment of wood packing material more simple and feasible.Through testing different thickness, moisture, heating temperature, humidity and initial temperature impact on central heating rate for different types of timber, the results shown: wood thickness, moisture content and initial temperature have negatively correlated with the heating rate , temperature and humidity have positive correlation with the heating rate, Thickness of the wood with the greatest rate of heat conduction , most significantly related to performance; followed by heating air temperature and moisture content of wood; air humidity vulnerable to external conditions and interaction between temperature , heat conduction always in a state of instability, so has general relevance to heating rate.Study on the influence of heating rate by initial temperature and material, the results shown, low initial temperature of the wood, there is a big difference between the inside and outside of the wood is conducive to heat conduction, the heating rate increases; low density of the wood, a high proportion of cell cavity. Thermal diffusivity, and the heating rate to accelerate. The single factor test results need further verification, and the correlation coefficient obtained.Preliminary exploration on the interaction of impact factor, the wood surface temperature and the wet bulb temperature, Wood heat conduction rate and surface temperature, and based on the data, we established a prediction equation, which appears the difference between the forecast and actual values is smaller. However, Trial is still underway , the equation remains to be further tested and verified in actual conditions. So it haven't list in this papers.
