The Genetic Diversity Of Shaanxi Soybean Landraces

The ecological types of Shaanxi soybean are very abundance including every maturity and cultivar types from Jilin to Changjiang vally, which belong to North spring-soybean area,Huanghuihai vally summer-soybean area and South spring&summer-soybean area. Although there are 1035 landraces of Shaanxi soybean in the National Soybean Library Catalogue, the genetic diversity of them have not done .This paper has built a set of Core collection from Shaanxi soybean and their characteristic was compared by analyzing agronomic character and RAPD molecule marker.1.The representative of core collection is an important criteria for establishment of core collection. In this study, the entire collection and the primary core collection of soybeans form Shaanxi were compared based on 15 agronomic traits to test the representative of the primary core collection to the entire collection. The primary core collection have a similar quantitative distribution and frequency of the trait variance as the entire collection were. Theχ2 test for 10 discontinuous characters and the t-test of both indexes for 15 agrnomical characters did not reach significant level between the primary core collection and the entire collection , indicating the primary core collection may represent the entire collection in our investigation.2.The paper has studied cluster analysis of core collection of Shaanxi soybean, result indicated that shaaxi soybean can be divided to three ecosystem and five ecological types.1)North-shaanxi soybean area:3.The paper indicated that genetic resource of Shaanxi soybean was luxuriance and the ability of genetic variation and selective was strong. Genetic coefficient of variation of Pre-growth duration was 12.72%, which has more ability of selective; Genetic coefficient of variation of Plant height and pod number were exceed 30%; Genetic coefficient of variation of No. of branches and yield,Seed shape index,No. of pods per plant were between 20-30%.4.Genetic diversity of Shaanxi soybean resource was analyzed by RAPD marker in this paper.
