Mastitis is the most economically important disease of dairy cattle throughout world which may decrease the quantity and quality of produced milk.Staphylococcus aureus(s.aureus)is the main causative agent of bovine mastitis.Antibiotic therapies formulated for intramammary using are generally unsucessful in eliminating existing s.aureus infections .However,to date commercially available s.aureus vaccine have shown limited efficacy under field conditions,mainly due to the s.aureus capsular polysaccharide(CP). Capsular polysaccharide(CP)are generally poorly immunogenic T-cell independent antigenens ,In order to circumvent this problem CPS have have been conjugated to carrier proteins.In this disertation,we conduct four tests to establish methods for this purpose.Trial one Identification of the pathogens from the bovine mastitis samples To investigate the bovine mastitis caused by staphylococcus aureus in Jinan areas and find a better way to control the mastitis caused by s.aureus.We collected 150 diary milks to isolate and identify s.aureus ,and classify them by hemolysis type ,and have antimicrobial susceptibility tests, hope to supply some scientific evidences for preventing bovine mastitis.Identification of the pathogens from the bovine mastitis samples were carried out in Jinan. Staphylococcus aureus is the most important pathogens caused mastitis in Jinan regions.Hemolysis typeαis main type in test,hemolysis typeβis main type one which caused the seriously s.aureus mastitis.Trial two Choose the most efficient immune area and way.
