| White muscardine silkworm is dry body which made through 4-5instar silkworm grub infected by Beauveria and result in dead. It was first recorded by Shennongbencaojing. White muscardine silkworm has many function, such as anti-convulsion, anti-cruor, expectorant.In this paper, some relevant problems of Beauveria (No. B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9) and white muscardine silkworm was revealed. First, the biological character of them was researched. Second, probe into primary manual produced condition of white muscardine silkworm. Third, the distilling method of anti-convulsion component and remedy impact of white muscardine silkworm was analyzed. Last, study the Chromatographic fingerprint of white muscardine silkworm by IR, UV and HPLC. The results as follows:1 The Beauveria which had been separated and purified was identified. 2 strains of them were Beauveria tenlla and 7 strains of them were Beauveria bassiana. Some biological characteristics were researched. The results as follows: on PDA culture medium, different Beauveria has different colonial shape. The growth rate of B1 strain was 3.91mm/d. Its spore production was 5.12×108/cm2. This is the best in all. By cultivated on PDA culture medium, B1 strain used 1×107unit /mL spores to infect 5instar silkworm grub. In 6 days, the lethiferous rate was 100%. It is tiptop as B2 strain. Integrated compare, we filtrated strains through growth rate, spore production, deadly ability. B1 is the best strain to inoculate silkworm. Manual produced thickness of Beauveria on white muscardine silkworm is 1×107/mL spores or more.2 The influencing factors to white muscardine silkworm,such as time, strain, varieties of silkworm, season were studied though the content of (NH4)2C2O4. The results as follows: White muscardine silkworm was dead as mutton, effective component ((NH4)2C2O4) would increased with the time in early days. After the 5 days, the content of (NH4)2C2O4 kept about10%. The content of (NH4)2C2O4 in white muscardine silkworm which made by different strains was very dissimilar. The content was tiptop by B1 strain, was 10.33%. |
