In this paper, three different acidifiers, acid Lac, acidifier A1&A2, were added to broilers diet to select suitable adding types and adding levels. Acidifier A1&A2 were both composed with phosphorus acid(40%50%), lactic Acid, citric acid, fumaric acid, cider acid, tartaric acid and excipient. 360 1-day-old AA broilers (average weigh-46g) were randomly divided to eight treatments with three replicates each, and there were15 broilers in each replicate. Group A (a negative control)was offered 0% acidifier, group B was added with 0.2% acid Lac, group CE and FH were respectively added acidifier A1&A2 at the addiction level of 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.3%. Basal diet, management, the time of lighting and immunity process of eight treatments were same. The broilers were fed for 42 days. The whole experiment was divided to four parts: In Exp.1, feed intake, body weight gain, feed translation rate and the death rate in production performances of each treatment were measured; In Exp.2, the butcher performance and the nutriment content of breast meat were measured; In Exp.3, the pH value and the numbers of the E.coli, lactobacillus in the jejunum and cecum contents were measured; In Exp. 4, the whole-faece-collected method was used in metabolic trial to determine the effect of acidifiers on apparent digestibility of dry matter (DM), general energy(GE) and crude protein(CP), the pH value and the acid binding capacity(ABC) of diet for each treatment were also measured. The results were as follows:1 Acidifiers had a positive effect in improving feed intake, body weight gain and feed conversion rate, and reducing the rate of death. In increasing feed intake, the level 0.3% A2 was the best and the level 0.3% is the second. There was significant difference of 0.3% A1&A2 in improving the body weight of broilers.0.3% A1 and 0.1% A2 were the best addition level in ameliorating the feed translation efficiency.2 The results showed, In addition to the breast muscle rate, the leg muscle rate and the spleen index(P<0.05), there were no significant differences among the test groups and the matched control group in butcher performance (P>0.05). The content of dry matter (DM) and ether extract (EE) in the breast muscle of the test group was slightly less than those of control group (P>0.05). There were no orderliness between the nutrient content and the addition level. 3. Acidifiers could reduce the pH value, change the microbiological circumstances, stop the growth of E.coli and improve the numbers of lactobacillus. In the jejunum, the effect of...
