The Interlocked Agro-pasturing Area of North China is eco-fragile region in our country, in recent years, Eco-environment obviously worsen. This seriously does harm to product and living, and badly influences East China's Eco-environment and economy development. Water is any life's base, and is the most widely and actively factor in Eco-environment. Lots of Eco-environment problems are all resulted in by imbalance of water and soil, water and salt, water and plant in water circulation, and deteriorate the Eco-environment. Short of water resource has restricted the economy development in the area, and unreasonable water-related human activities urge Eco-environment deterioration.Aimed at the problems of water resource and Eco-environment in the area, started with water-related human activities, this article profoundly analyses the irrigation exploitation and groundwater exploitation influence on Eco-environment, lastly brings forward sever idiographic measure for alleviating water-related human activities'negative influence.
