The study of the impact of transgenic plant influence the non-target insect (bee, thunberg) have been more poplour international, but it most to study the behavior and development ,less for mechanism. In this article, The A.mellifera larvae were fed with transgenic Bt-cry1Ab corn pollen, transgenic Bt-cry1Ac cotton pollen in the laboratory, measure the development of larve, The activity changes of three metabolic enzymes and midgut proteinase. The brush border membrane vesicles (BBMV) from A..mellifera and H. armigera, were isolated and purified. We put an emphasis for the study on the binding kinetics between Bt toxin and BBMVs of both. The results were as follows:The result showed that ,the differences of acticity of the glutathione-S-transferase ,the total protease among different treatment were not significant . However ,the activity of the a-naphthylacetate esterase from larve fed with transgenic pollen were great significant higher than those were fed with non-transgenic pollen ; the activity of the Acetylcholinesterase from larve fed with transgenic pollen were great significant higher than those were fed with non-transgenic pollen ; the activities of the Active alkaline trysin-like enzyme and Weak alkaline trysin-like enzyme from larve fed with transgenic pollen were great significant lower than those were fed with non-transgenic pollen ; the activity of the Chymotrypsin-like enzyme from larve fed with transgenic pollen were significant lower than those were fed with non-transgenic pollen .The differences of weight of larves at 4,5,6 date instar which were fed with transgenic pollen or non-transgenic pollen were not significant .The larve duration and pupal duration have no significant difference . we monitored the sediment of Bt-Cry1Ab/Cry1Ac toxin protein in the bodies of A.mellifera by ELISA method. The BBMV was isolated from midgut of A.mellifera and H. armigera by means of differential centrifugation method. The results of SDS-PAGE analysis showed that A.mellifera have 5 significant bonds(50,55,65,70,100kDa) those in H. armigera which only have 1 bond(68kDa) in 53~116Kda. A.mellifera have several significant bonds were much more than H. armigera in 116kDa~212kDa.Two Bt toxins, namely Cry1Ac and Cry2Ab, labeled with Na125I, were bound to the BBMVs obtained from A.mellifera and H. armigera. The results showed that the binding affinity with Cry1Ac of A.mellifera was significant lower than H. armigera. the concentration of binding site dramatically lower than H. armigera. The binding affinity with Cry2Ab of A.mellifera was significant lower than H. armigera. But the concentration of binding site have no significant differnce between them.
