| Objective:To study the pharmaceutical characteristics of compound enrofloxacin injection including its pharmacodynmics, safety, prescription and preparation.Methods:1. Antibacterial activity of combination use of enrofloxacin and colistin sulfate was detected by measuring of the fraction inhibited concentrations (FICs). Antibacterial activities of compound enrofloxacin injection were studied in E coli, salmonellae, pasteurella and staphylococcus aureus in vitro and in piglets with white and yellow diarrhea in vivo.2.
