1 The mechanism in Tilapia's fatty liver pathological changes of lecithin inthe feedThe experiment was conducted to determine the effect of lecithin on growth performance of juvenile Tilapia, and study on the mechanism in juvenile Tilapia's fatty liver pathological changes of lecithin in the feed. 450 juvenile Tilapia (initial average body weight was 0.56±0.04g ) were divided into 5 exprimental triplicate groups and fed in aquatia case by a recirculated filtered rearing system maintained for 45 days at 26.5±2.0℃ .5 kinds of diets were contained with different lecithin supplement (0, 1.5%, 3.0%, 4.5% and 6.0%). The result indicated: the WGR, CF and FCR of the group which didn't supply lecithin were better than those of the groups that supplied lecithin. Also as the lecithin supplement is 0%, the amount of fat in liver and muscle, HSI, the contents of TG and CHOL in blood plasma were the lowest. The cells of liver were integrity and arrayed intimately. Therefore, under this research condition, the author suggested that the supplement of lecithin was the best at 0 in the feed of juvenile tilapia.2 The mechanism in Tilapia's fatty liver pathological changes of choline inthe feedThe experiment was conducted to determine the effect of choline on growth...
