14 monoclonal antibodies were prepared by hybridoma technique in the paper. For them, 10 monoclonal antibodies against IBDV VP2 and another 4 monoclonal antibodies against IBDV VP3 were found. Indirect ELISA shown that the 10 monoclonal antibodies against IBDV VP2 had specific reaction with IBDV and 8 strains of them had positive recaction in neutralization test. Western-blotting shown that 2 strains of them were formationally dependent and another 8 had linear eptopes. The 4 monoclonal antibodies titers against IBDV VP3 in the cultural supernatants and in the ascetic fluids were 5.0×10~2 and 6.4×10~6, respectively, by Indirect ELISA. They all belonged to the subtype IgG1 and κ chain construction. Plus ELISA and Western-blotting shown that HRB-7C and HRB-10E were directly against similar antigen epitopes or the antigen epitopes nearby. The antigen epitopes of 4 monoclonal antibodies against IBDV VP3 were located between the amino acid 40 and amino acid 198. All the results suggested these monoclonal antibodies could be use as candidate tools for identification of antigen epitope and development the new types of diagnostic kits.
