| Recently,the rapid development of the rural economy provides a good economic foundation for realizing the agricultural mechanization. At present,the vast plains of our country have fully realized the mechanization of wheat harvest. But,our country has a lot of hilly regions where the conditions of the roads are complicated,which restricts the ability of large wheat combined harvesters seriously. The micro-combine harvester which is developed by Henan University of Science and Technology has the features of simple structure, small volume, light weight, reliable operation and configuration of convenient. It is suitable for working in the mountainous , hilly areas and small fields. However, at working process, the fan's rotation speed is too high which makes more serious viberation and noise.In the meantime, the adaptability of the cleaning system to harvest the soybeans and rice is also unknown. This topic took the volute size and shell width of the fan as the test factors to discuss the influences on the fan's performance when the structure size of the fan was increased. We detected the resistance characteristic in cyclone separating cleaning system,drew the resistance characteristic curve,knew the operating point of the fan and also analysed the necessary performance characteristic of the fan which was to ensure the working stability of the cleaning system;we also did the influence tests of the rice and soybean crushing rates to the winnower's rotation speed and analysed the influence curve of the soybean and rice to the winnower's kinematic parameter which provided a experimental reference for the improvement of the cleaning system and the parameter selection and application of the matched fan. |
