| 1. The effects of applying fertilize on the content of soil available nutrient is different at different stages . For different treatment, increasing N and K can promote soil available nutrient, but only in the high level of N,P and K, soil available nutrient will increase significantly.2. Compared with the control treatments, Applying fertilizer could increase the content of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the organs of three variety's potato .In the entire period of duration, the content of nitrogen in different organs of L, X and GY1 is leaves > stem > tuber, three varieties present the change tendency from high to low. While the content of phosphorus element in different organs of L, X and GY1 is leaves > tuber > stem, but besides the seedling stage, which is tuber > leaves > stem during other periods of duration for GY1 . Form the later Tuber formation period to the Tuber growth period, the three variety content of phosphorus element in leaves,stem and tuber is highest at earlier growth stages, which period is the potato to phosphorus element demand most times. The quantity of potassium in three variety's potato plants are: stem > leaves > tuber, indicated that the achievement transports organ's aerial stem need more potassium ion. The content of potassium with the treatment of NPK is higher than NP treatment in the organs of potatoes.3. Applying fertilizers could improve the tubers yield of potato,the effect of the NPK treatment is best . Compared with CK, for L,X and GY1, applying fertilizers respectively increased by 13.5%-32.6%,24.2%-48.3% and 9.1%-26.2%, and the tubers yield of potato of three varieties is different with same fertilizers treatment, the order of yield is X>L>GY1. The rational ratio of N:P2O5:K2O absorbed by three varieties potato was nearly to 2:1:4.4.The influence of applying fertilizers to the potato varieties quality is different, the protein content of the mature period tuber under with the treatment of N2P2K is higher than others'for L .but the highest of protein for X and GY1 respectively is 10.44% and 9.50% ,which under with the treatment of N2P2. Comparison between species,the order of protein content is L > X >GY1.The content of starch in mature tubers, which is highest under the N2P2K,N2P2 treatment , respectively are 23.23%, 19.15% and 13.40%. this is to say too much nitrogen will decrease the content of starch for three potato varieties , Comparison between species,the order of starche content is L > X >GY1. The content of deoxysugar in mature tubers, which is highest also under the N2P2K,N2P2 treatment , respectively are 0.186%, 0.313% and 0.263%. Comparison between species,the order of deoxysugar content is L > X >GY1. The dry matter content of tuber ,the L tuber dry matter content is highest with the relatively low nitrogen and phosphorus (N1P1) up to 20.17%;the dry matter content of X and GY1 in tuber are highest with amount of nitrogen and phosphorus (N2P2) respectively up to 22.69%, 17.34%.
