Pruning, lawn maintenance and management of irrigation is the main management measures, spraying turfgrass PP333 is one of the main control is also affected turfgrass extension of the important factors. This paper in the field and indoor pot culture conditions, the pruning and spraying PP333, irrigation plant of Lolium perenne L.scalability and Root Properties in order for the perennial ryegrass lawn to provide the scientific basis for conservation management . The major findings are as follows:1. In 100~1900mg/L concentration range, PP333 can inhibit the growth of perennial plants, ground level branches extend above ground biomass accumulation and vertical root growth, and promote tillering. Concentration greater than 400mg/L biomass accumulation on the floor when the inhibition of slowing down, more than 700mg/L when the maximum extension distance and slow down root growth inhibition, greater than 1000mg/L inhibited when slowing plant height, greater than 1300mg/L decrease when the coverage area of slowing down. Tiller number, root surface area and volume, ground biomass increased with the paclobutrazol concentration was first increased and then decreased, 1300mg/L treatment reached maximum concentration. From the expansion of evaluation results, the ground leaves scalability with increasing concentration of paclobutrazol decreased, but concentrations greater than 700mg/L when the slow decline; underground root system scalability with the increase of concentration of paclobutrazol was first increased and then decreased trend , 1300mg/L concentratIoN of the best interests of the underground extension; comprehensive Expansion of the overall concentration was increasing with the paclobutrazol weakened trend.2. Pruning the higher the frequency, the more number of tillers, plant growth faster, higher ground biomass, root longer; tiller number, plant growth rate, the maximum extended range and coverage area, root number, with the stubble ground biomass increase in height increases firstly and then decline, in addition to the growth rate fastest in the stubble height of 5cm, the other indexes in the stubble and reached the maximum height of 7cm. Treatment combination H5F1 the ground of the most expansive deal with the underground expansion of portfolio H7F3 best comprehensive scalability to address the best combination of H7F1.3. 100%W-80%W (W as the field capacity), 80%W-60%W, 60%W-40%W, 40%W-water limit (wilting) of four water treatment, the higher soil moisture, evapotranspiration larger, faster growth of perennial ryegrass, the maximum extended range, coverage area, the greater the underground and aboveground biomass, and root length of the opposite; tiller increased with soil moisture content increased first and then decrease, 80%W~60%W up to the tiller. From the water and maintain good performance considering the expansion of perennial ryegrass irrigation to soil moisture 80%W-60%W better.
