| The study by planted in different regions of new straits of series of Nongxing observation of biological characteristics,leaves anatomy structure;trial-production of Oolong tea ,black tea etc teas , analysis of it's Biochemical composition, evaluation of sensory quality; discussion of different series of new tea strains'glycoside aroma precursors of fresh leaves and Minbei Oolong tea's aroma composition.The results showed that:4 per tea strain is shrub and small tree; erect and half-open ;lolular types ,the leaf have gloss, dark green leaves,foliar micro-uplift, the state of leaves is slightly oblique,new bud is slightly green ,purple or red-purple, oval or long oval ,leaves are soft qualitative, zigzag is dense pale, gray is flat or revolute;the color of the flower to yield white, sepals have pastel, for nearly spherical seed traits, tea fruit characters for hemispherical, kidney, triangle. Blade thickness is 205.38~247.21μm, the thickness of the epidermis is 17.97~28.03μm, thickness of lower epidermis is 19.21~29.90μm, palisade tissue is 2~3 layers, thickness is 63.12~79.13μm, spongy tissue thickness is 97.23~118.12μm ,palisade / spongy tissue is 0.59~0.70.Nongxing1 trial production of Minbei Oolong tea , the shape is overall brown with cream green tight ,with flower aroma, taste sweet mellow,resistant to brew; trial production of Minnan Oolong tea, the shape is curled tight ,green lubricate,taste fresh mellow,with flower aroma, securinega is olivine bright; trial production of kougou black tea golden-coin outstanding,with flower aroma ,taste sweet mellow. Analysis of the glycoside aroma precursors of fresh leaves showed that:Nongxing1,2,7's glycosidie aroma precursors is Benzylalcohol, Linalool oxide(â… ), Linalool oxide(â…¡), Linalool, phenylethanol, Methyl salicylate, Geraniol, Nerolidol and so on.Analysis of aroma components of fresh leaves showed that: Nongxing1,2,7 have 86 aroma components , hudrocarborts, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, acids, and other compounds in its'fresh leaves.Include Linalool and Linalool oxide, trans-Geraniol, isolongifolene, .alpha.-Cubebene, beta.-cadinene etc.Analysis of aroma components of trial production of Minbei Oolong tea showed that: Nongxing1,2,7 picked and processed Mingbei Oolong tea have 62 aromacomponents, hudrocarborts, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, acids, and other compounds. Include Linalool and Linalool oxide, trans-Geraniol, isolongifolene, .alpha.-Cubebene, beta.-cadinene,Farnesene ,Geraniol etc. |
