China, as one of the largest agricultural production countries in the world, owns a huge amount of straw resourses. However, with the change of energy-using structure in rural areas, a great deal of straw are abondened or burnt, resulting in environment pollution and bio-resourses waste. Meanwhile, the content of soil organic matter is lowering, even soil hardening. These problems make crop straw incorporation one important way of crop straw resourses utilization. Chinese government also clearly stated that the directly mechanized straw incorporation should be popularized widely. In the process of spreading mechanized straw incorporation, farmers' willingness on straw incorporation and the mechanized straw incorporation systems they choose, as well as mechanical benefit related to straw incorporation, have an important impact on the popularization performance of straw incorporation. In face of probems occurred in the development, how to make the straw incorporation be accepted voluntarily by farmers, and to explore optimization way of mechanized straw incorporation systems, as well as to better promote mechanical operation of straw incorporation shoud be the focus of research. In the research, based on theories about soil fertilization, cost-benefit, externality, etc., combined with the site-survey data, we makes an empirical analysis on the farmers' willingness of straw incorporation, systems of straw incorporation, and benefit of mechanical operation of incorporation, then draws conclusion and puts forward some suggestions, aiming to provide reference for the similar area. The questionnaire data comes from 152 farmers in 20 villages of 8 towns of Huantai county. In farmers' willingness of corn straw incorporation, 12 influential factors were choosed to be involved in the binary logistic regression analysis by SPSS software, then 5 significant factors were concluded: prospective benefit, incorporation subsidy, tillage quality, infestations of weeds, pests and diseases, and soil fertility. In the systems of mechanized corn straw incorporation, two normal ones are generalized: one, straw was chopped by combine-mounted straw chopper→second pass of single straw chopper→two passes of roto-tiller on chopped straw, the other one, straw was chopped by combine-mounted straw chopper→second pass of single straw chopper→ploughing on chopped straw→two passes of roto-tiller, then propose optimization suggestion about incorporation with mouldboard plow every two or three years. In cost-benefit analysis of mechanical operation of corn straw incorporation, the average net benefit of incorporation with roto-tiller is higher than incorporation with mouldboard plow, fuel cost and depreciation cost have been main factors of restricting the development of mechanized straw incorporation. In the end, several countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, including promoting the development of other utilization method of straw, continuing the government's supervision, perfecting the subsidy regulation, optimizing the incorporation method to ensure tillage quality, and doing well management of weeds, pests and diseases.
