| Paenibacillus polymyxa has two roles in Agriculture production, one is restraining pathogen and the other is promoting plant growth. However, P. polymyxa can whether effect the quality of vegetables or not, there are several reports about that now. This reaserch mainly studied P. polymyxa in three aspects as follows:one was fermenting P. polymyxa with ipomoea batatas starch waste water in order to fully use it, reduce environmental pollution and lower the costs of the experiment. Other was studying effect of P. polymyxa fermented fluid on quality of rape. In addition, the effect of P. polymyxa on phyllosphere and rhizosphere microbial community structure and diversity were analyzed using the culture-independent techniques of PLFAs and construction of clone libriary. The result showed that ipomoea batatas starch waste water could ferment P. polymyxa without adding any other nutrition in appropriate conditions. The best condition was pH 6.8,32℃,200 rpm and fermenting for 15 hours. P. polymyxa did not have negative effect on plant height, plant weight and Vitamin C of rape. Besides, P. polymyxa could obviously decrease nitrate and nitrite content in rapes, when nitrate content was high after exerting urea in soil and the content was higher than the state standard (3000 mg/kg,4mg/kg). The nitrate content was similar after exerting P. polymyxa fermentation liquor to the contrast with no exerting urea in soil. This effect was disappeared after the P. polymyxa fermentation liquor was heat-inactivated. Density of P. polymyxa fermentation liquor (3×105CFU/mL to 3×107CFU/mL) could obviously decrease nitrate content in rapes. When the concentration of P. polymyxa fermentation liquor was increased, the effect of decreasing nitrate content in rapes was more obvious. P. polymyxa affected on the microbial community structure and quantity of bacteria and fungi. This research provides a basis for application of P. polymyxa in agereculture and doctrine, it has innovation on theory and practice. |
