The Research On Building Technology Of Green Ecological Securigy In Dongying City, Shangdong Province

With the acceleration of urbanization process, the ecological environment has increasingly become a topic of concern and the sustainable development on economy, society and ecology are paid more and more in the world. Environment protection has been taken as a basic national policy in China to develop an environment-friendly society. Implementing the environment planning and building ecological cities have been a main task of constructing a socialist harmonious society. Dongying City lies in the Yellow River Delta region in the north of Shangdong Province, belonging to the coastal city of Shangdong province, where there are plenty of resources and vast land. In recent years, as the fast economical development in Dongying City, the poor plant growth due to its fragile ecological environment and lack of vegetarian, ecological security became the main constraint of sustainable development in greening construction in Dongying.This article focuses on evaluation of greening ecological security in Dongying, and recommends construction technology and management measures of greening ecological security in Dongying. The first chapter reviews the relevant concepts, summarizes the researches on ecological safety and greening ecology security and urban greening construction, and proposes the research methods and related technological direction of this paper.The second chapter describes the Dongying City geography, climate, soil, hydrology, vegetation and other natural profiles and social economy. This part focus on the greening development situation of Dongying City in recent years, including urban gardening, forestry, construction status and wetland protection the status quo.In this sector, the author analyzed the greening ecological security in Dongying City by using the complex index of Delphi method and AHP method. In the first round, the experts score and do the screening index to construct an assessment index system of greening ecological security in Dongying. Then the author consulted with the experts about the index factor in the second round and the pairwise comparison using AHP to determine the index weight in the third round. Then through the first three rounds the index system evaluates the factors for each indicator and weights it. Finally, the forces and constraints factor of greening ecological security are analyzed.In the fourth chapter, the author submitted an evaluation results about greening ecological security and propose the main technology methods and management measures of greening ecological security construction such as overall layout of the greening system structure, plants planning, planting technologies and improving technologies on saline land.The thesis aims at providing inspiration on greening ecological construction in other cities in forms of ecological security theory and green ecological safety evaluation and greening system construction technology. With the development of social and economic, the greening ecological construction shall be a never-ending process.
