| In order to accelerate the promotion of Super Hybrid Rice Y Liangyou 1 Hao, we must improve seed production yield and sowing quality of Y Liangyou 1 Hao. Testing of seed quantity of production of Female parent direct planting, and comparing with transplant of raise rice seeding of the same quantity of Female parent direct planting, the thesis has made a research on effection of growing season, herd sprouting season, floral dynamics, grain structure and unit seeding production yield. In the testing of seeding quantity of 2.0kg/per unit area of Female parent direct planting and transplanting of Y Liangyou 1 Hao, gathering hybrid seed in different days after the ending stage of flowering of Female parent, the thesis made a research on difference of seeding production quality of Female parent direct planting and transplanting of raise rice seeding. The main conclusions are made as the following:For Female parent direct planting, the sowing period is two to four days shorter than that of transplant, when using the same quantity seed. Group earing period and flowering period are also shorter. Day rate of earing in peak season and flowering rate are higher. All of these are good for Male parent flower synchronization.1. For Female parent direct planting, basic seedling number per unit area, and seeding number in tillering stage, ear primordial stage one and two, efficient grain number is higher that of transplant. Total grain number of each spike, and actual grain number are lower than those of Female parent transplant. Rate of decease seed is higher than that of transplant. Seeding quantity should be 2.0kg/per unit area for Y Liangyou 1 Hao Female parent direct planting.2. The suitable harvest time for Y Liangyou 1 Hao Seed production is the 14th day to 19th day after the ending stage of flowering of Female parent. Seeds are totally mature at this period, and cyan and yellow rice are just a few. Thousand seed weight of seeds reaches the peak. Seed germination and POD activity are higher than seeds before and after this period. Electric conductivity is lower than seeds before and after this period, and seed vigor is high.3. According to the conclusion of the test and example of seeding production technique, Y Liangyou 1 Hao Female parent direct planting seed production technique regulation was made. |
