Oligosaccharides are a class of monosaccharide composition by 2-10 months of bio-active molecules, that have regulation on plant growth, morphology and resistances.Because of non-toxic and pollution-free, the researcher focus their eyes on Oligosaccharide, especially in controlling of plant diseases.This study determined the two new types of pollution-free biological pesticides produced by YuanFeng Bio-Engineering Co., Ltd. Guangdong:0.4% Oligosaccharins agent and plant nutrition solution on crop diseases, Field control effect of pepper scab and anthracnose; citrus canker, rice sheath blight and sheath blight of maize had both antimicrobial efficacy testing indoor and field. The primary results are as follows:As a result on controlling crop diseases in field, for peppers scab,0.4% of the oligosaccharide has better control effect on prime agent 200 times,the first anti-effect investigations is 53.90%;plant nutrient solution has the best control effect to 400 times, showing good persistence.In terms of pepper anthracnose,0.4% of the oligosaccharide has the best control effect on prime agent to 400 times, the first anti-efficiency survey reached 53.93%; the prevention and control of plant nutrient solution has the best effects on 200 times, Maintaining above 30%.The average control efficiency of 0.4% oligosaccharide 300-times application on citrus canker is 50%;but average control efficiency of plant nutrient solution spraying of the original 300-times is higher than 70%, better than the control anti-copper agent resin acid effect, showing good control effect.Indoor bioassay,the results show that in a variety of concentrations of the oligosaccharides and plant nutrition solution have non-inhibitory effect of Xanthomonas campestris pv. citri (Hasse) Dye. However,0.4% oligosaccharides have a certain inhibitory effect to Rhizoctonia solani, and when the use of 200 times, the inhibitory rate for Rhizoctonia solani of rice was 48.8%, the antibacterial activity against maize Rhizoctonia solani was 46.5%. There is no inhibitory effect to these pathogens with plant nutrient solution.
