| Urban road has very important effects for a city. If road is the body, then road green space is the blood, and its the meaning is clear. Benefits of road green space in society, economy, landscape, and especially in ecology are known gradually. As the development of cities, urban road green space developed greatly, however, in our country, for historical and realistic reasons the level is still not satisfactory, and the various effects are not exerted fully. In that case, for guiding the design and construction of road green space and improving the level, it becomes an urgency to establish a post occupancy evaluation system of urban road green space, which is scientific, rational and perfect.The thesis has introduced the concept of post occupancy evaluation, and also analyzed the classification and the routine method. The historical and current status, the function and the meaning of post occupancy evaluation has been clarified.The standard of post occupancy evaluation in road green space has been given, which includes the effects on ecology, society, economy and landscape. The rank of post occupancy evaluation in road green space has been advanced, which includes five classes of very good, good, normal, bad, very bad.The index system of post occupancy evaluation of road green space has been established, which contains objective level, standard level and index level. The standard level contains ecology benefits, society benefits, economy benefits and landscape benefits. Index in ecology benefits contains temperature, humidity, concentration of carbon dioxide, concentration of nitrogenous oxide, concentration of dust, concentration of negative ion and concentration of radioactive pollution. Index in society benefits contains teaching function, the number of tourist in unit time, representation of culture trait, reduction in traffic accident and alleviation in work pressure. Index in ecology benefits are benefits in the increasing price of tract, forest production and production from plants cultivation. Index in landscape benefits are the number of plant species,, the species disposition proportion of arbor tree, the attraction of landscape, seasonal change of vegetation, effect on space septation, coordination with hard landscape, appropriate choice of tree species for sites, feelings of passengers and percentage of urban green covering.Based on investigation results of Shaoshan Road and Xiangzhang Road in Changsha city, greening status of the two roads has been evaluated by using analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods. The conclusion that the level in road green space of Shaoshan road is good as it is bad in Xiangzhang road. Basically, the results are congruous with the investigations.Considering the results of post occupancy evaluation and knowledge of other subjects that are concerned, this paper has advanced some principles and advise in improving the plane of road greening. |
