This dissertation refer research material of Alnus formosana seedling, Through varieties experiments of different matches of nitrogen,phosphor and potassium fertilization, the paper made a systematic study on the change regulation of physiological index such as anti-oxidase, accretion,biomass,and photosynthetic physiologic parameters ect,then physiological regularity intimidated by different matches discussed and revealed in Alnus formosana. Conclusion of the study are as follows:1.N,P,K affected Alnus formosana growth.In a certain range,plant growthincreased when the quantity of fertilizer increased.But if the quantity were too much,the growth would decrease. Among 25 disposals, the N4P5K2 combination was best for the height growth, and N5P5K4 combination was appropriate for the ground diameter. The N2P4K5 combination was best for the increase of chlorophyll content. The N3P5K2 combination was best for the increase of protein content. The experiment of different matchs of nitrogen, phosphor, potassium fertilization indicated that, the seedlings influnced by nitrogen largely.Nitrogen had evidence influences on 3 indicators of ground diameter, chlorophyll content and protein content.2.N,P,K affected Physiological characteristics of Alnus formosana.If usage of N,P and K is reasonable,taro's electrolytic leakage and mlondiadehyde contentreduced,the damage of film is little.If using excessive or too little fertilizer,superoxide dismutase activity,catalase activity of taro leaves improved,peroxide activity decreased.3.N,P,K affected photosynthetic rate of Alnus formosana. Alnus formosanah had both higher light compensation point (LCP) and light saturation point (LSP), Show that the illumination requirements of a higher species belonging to hi-ray species. Among 25 disposals, The N3P5K2 combination has stronger ability to Maximum photosynthetic capacity,and the lowest combination was N4P2K5. The N3P1K3 combination has stronger ability to utilize weak light and N5P4K3 combination was the lowest. The N2P4K5 combination has stronger ability to make use of strong light,the N2P3K4 was the lowest. Principal component analysis of nine indexes influencing photosynthetic rate showed that solar radiation and air temperature can represent for the prime variable of primacy principal component approximately, and stomatal conductance can represent fr the secondary principal component.
