extremely different from groupâ…¢(P<0.01),and significantly different from groupâ…£(P<0.05). GR value of groupâ…¡was extremely higher than the groupâ…¢(P<0.01),and significantly higher than the groupâ… (P<0.05). Loin muscle area of groupâ…¡andâ…£were of extreme difference(P<0.01).In the six months stage, pre-slaughter live weight, hot carcass weight and dressing percentage of groupâ…¡were extremely higher than other groups(P<0.01).Pure meat weight and Bone weight of groupâ…¡were extremely higher than groupâ… ,â…¢,â…£(P<0.01).Net meat percentage of groupâ…¡was extremely different from groupâ…¢(P<0.01),and significantly different from groupâ… ,â…£(P<0.05).GR value of groupâ…£was significant different from groupâ…¢(P<0.05), and other test groups were of no significant difference(P>0.05).Loin muscle area of groupâ…¡was significantly higher than groupâ… ,â…¢(P<0.05), and other test groups were of no significant difference(P>0.05).In the one year stage, pre-slaughter live weight of groupâ…¢was significantly different from groupâ… ,â…£(P<0.05), and of no significant difference with groupâ…¡(P>0.05).Hot carcass weight of groupâ…¢was extremely different from groupâ… (P<0.01), significantly different from groupâ…£(P<0.05), and of no significant difference with groupâ…¡(P>0.05).Dressing percentage of groupâ…¢was significantly different from other three test groups(P<0.05).Pure meat weight of groupâ…¢was extremely different from groupâ… ,â…£(P<0.01),and significantly different from groupâ…¡(P<0.05).Net meat percentage of groupâ…¢was significantly different from groupâ…£(P<0.05). GR value of groupâ…¡,â…¢, which were of no significant difference between them, were extremely different from groupâ… (P<0.01).3.The muscle grading of test-group lambs in different agesLambs of groupâ…¡were with good muscle mass in the weaning stage and six-month-old stage. The carcass quality was excellent. The muscle level of groupâ…¡was evaluated as PME level, and the others were evaluated as PL level. In the one-year-old stage, the muscle level of groupâ…¡andâ…£were evaluated as PME level. Groupâ…¢with good muscle mass was evaluated as PL level.Groupâ… with high fat content, which only by removing the excess fat to meet the needs of export, was evaluated as TM level.4.The comparison of mutton quality between test groupsIn the weaning stage, the mutton pH value of groupâ… was normal, and tenderness was less than other groups. The tenderness of groupâ…¡,â…¢were good, and cooked meat percentage were higher. Water holding capacity of groupâ…¢was better. Tenderness and water holding capacity of groupâ…£were good.In the six-month-old stage, the tenderness of groupâ… was worse, but the water holding capacity was better. Meat color and mutton pH value of groupâ…¢were better. Mutton of groupâ…¡,â…£were tender, especially the groupâ…¡.In the one-year-old stage, the mutton quality of all the test groups were better, the difference between them was not significant. Tenderness of groupâ…£was the best, and also the water holding capacity of groupâ…¡.Mutton quality of groupâ… andâ…¢were better.5.The comparison of digestive function between test groupsIn the weaning stage, the digestive function of groupâ… was superior to other three test groups, and also the groupâ…¢in the six-month-old stage. In the one-year-old stage, the digestive function difference was not very obvious between four test groups. In the same grazing condition, groupâ… had small feed intake and well-developed rumen function. The digestive function of groupâ…£was a little weakness.
