Cultivated barley is one of the four most important cereals in the world, currently cultivated barley varieties have a narrow genetic background in china. The common wild barley acts as the ancestor of cultivated barley, it is an important research direction of crop genetic improvement to screen and utilize beneficial genes from wild barley, broaden the genetic basis and enrich germplasm resources at home and abroad currently. In the present paper, the population BC3F2 had been constructed by interspecific crossing between female 45 ILs from Pre-ILs S42 which were constructed by Korff et al in 2004 and male Scarlett which is German spring barley cultivar, and 45 ILs were backcross progenies of wild barley ISR42-8 and Scarlett.24 exogenous introgression lines of different genotypes were constructed on 1H,2H and 3H in barley by molecular marker and selection. The main results were as follows:1.Analyzed the genotypes for BC3F2 population and Scarlett, and results indicated that 33 pairs target SSR markers were equably distributed on 1H,2H and 3H in 98 SSR markers; 41 pairs SSR markers revealed polymorphism in 24 plants from BC3F2 population and Scarlett on 1H-3H,the ratio was 42.7%.2.BC3F2 families were used to analyze the introgressed segments, and results indicated that there were differences in the number of introgressed segments on different chromosomes in 24 exogenous introgression lines, the number was 21 on chromosome 1,17 on chromosome 3,while only 10 on chromosome 2.The sizes introgressed target segments were 1.5-33.0 cM, the average size of introgressed target segments was 16.1 cM, the average number of introgressed segments per plant was 2, the average rate of introgressed segments was 2.6%.3.Drawed graphical genotypes by GGT2.0 in the experiment, and compared the graphical genotypes of Pre-ILs from S42 which were constructed by Korff et al in 2004, and results indicated that the length and the average size of the introgressed target segments, the average rate and the average number of introgressed segments reduced by backcrossing again.
