Study On Anti - Myocardial Ischemia Effect

Effects of GXN on anti-myocardial ischemia were studied in this paper.The results indicated that GXN（5.0 g/kg,10.0 g/kg,20.0 g/kg）could significantly prolong the survival time in trachea-closed mice,and GXN（3.2 g/kg,6.4 g/kg,12.8 g/kg） could remarkably ameliorate the myocardial ischemia rate and depress T wave height in acute myocardial ischemia rats.It confirmed that GXN protected the cardiac muscle against ischemia and anoxia significantly.GXN（1.1 g/kg,2.2 g/kg,4.4 g/kg）significantly decreased heart rate（HR）,mean arterial pressure（MAP）,left ventricular end diastolic pressure（LVEDP）in anaesthetic dogs.After treatment with GXN in heart failure dogs and in acute myocardial ischemia dogs,MAP,LVSP and±dp/dt_maxwere increased,and LVEDP were decreased.It indicated that GXN could improve myocardial systolic function and diastolic function,the two-ways regulation effect of GXN on MAP was also found.In conclusion,GXN showed anti-myocardial ischemia effects.Its mechanism maybe involved in distending of coronary artery,improving of myocardial systolic function and diastolic function,decreasing of myocardial oxygen consumption.This study provided the experimental basis for the clinical application of GXN.However,the mechanisms accounted for the effects of GXN’s anti-myocardial ischemia deserved further study.
