Objects:reveal the effects of Xihuang Pill on malignant tumor Quality of Life and explore the mechanism of Inhibition of tumorMethods:(1)The study on tumor bearing animal survival rate and survival time:50 KM mice, according to the weight of the stratified random divided into 5 groups, with 10 animals in each group,model control group, high dose group of Xihuang Pill (equivalent to the daily dosage of 18 times), dose group in Xihuang Wan (equivalent to the daily dosage of 9 times) Xihuang Pill,low dose group (equivalent to the daily dosage of 3 times), positive drug control group ofWestern medicine. According to the literature method respectively, frozen in liquid nitrogenH22 hepatoma mice save for recovery, the in vitro proliferation, stable growth by 5*106/ml cells were inoculated in Kunming mice intraperitoneally, until the long cancer ascites aftercultured to the 5 generation, the mice without the bloody ascites carcinoma, connectedusing. The experiment will be ascites tumor mice of cancer of the fifth generation with sterile saline adjusted the number of cells to 5*106/ml, inoculated in Kunming mice wereintraperitoneal (each 0.1/ml subcutaneous injection). To grow in ascites of mice, the mice were inoculated with 0.1ml ascites. In the inoculated with third days, give the groupscorresponding drug administered continuously for 15 days, the daily observation of tumor bearing animal life (including body weight、the activity and so on), record the survival time, survival rate was calculated.(2)Study on the effect on tumor bearing animal immune function:50 KM mice, according to the weight of the stratified random divided into 5 groups,10 rats in each group animal, divided into model control group, high dose group of Xihuang Pill (equivalent to the daily dosage of 18 times), dose group in Xihuang Wan (equivalent to the daily dosage of 9 times), Xihuang Pill low dose group (equivalent to 3 times the daily dosage), positive drug control group ofWestern medicine. The expression level of mRNA, through the detection of serum PTK protein.Results:1) Compared with the model group,the Xihuang Pill low dose group, the Xihuang Pill middle dose group, the Xihuang Pill high dose group could significantly prolong the tumor bearing mice, and increase the survival rate of long tumor bearing mice; 2) compared with the model group, low dose group, Xihuang Pill Xihuang Pill dose group, dose group of WestHuang Wangao can increase the tumor inhibition rate of tumor bearing mice, enhance the immune function of tumor bearing mice; 3) compared with the model group, the Ron of Xihuang Pill significantly reduced the expression level of mRNA, PTK protein content was decreased in serum.Conclusion:Xihuang Pill can significantly improve the quality of life of cancer patients, which may be themechanism of inhibiting tumor and reduce the expression level of PTK and mRNA.
